It feels like they are avoiding responsibility and hoping the issue just goes away. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles them matters. In this case, the lack of accountability and follow-up was very disappointing. Beware of taking your vehicle to this location. If something gets damaged, don't expect them to stand behind their work.

The rear window was not offering enough sun protection, or privacy protection, on the tailgate. Additionally, both driver and passenger side windows were only lightly tinted from the factory. With our new FINISH LINE tint we have more privacy, and more sun protection from the intense New Mexico sunlight.
