We had originally set up an appointment for 9:00am. Due to unfortunate circumstances courtesy of Starbucks on Lee Trevino's inept ordering system (don't ask), I was running about 15 minutes late. But luckily the dude was cool with it once he called and I assured him I was totally on my way. It didn't really seem all that busy when I walked in either. And I *think* he was by himself that day. I'm not even sure if other people work there, to tell the truth. But it's my first time so...don't take my word on that. After my recent BMW purchase, I only needed the two front windows tinted. I can't speak for everyone else's experiences. But as far as I'm concerned, the prices here are very fair. I only had to pay $70 for two windows. Granted, I drive a subcompact SUV now but...I'd like to think this place is quite consistent when it comes to pricing. We'll soon see once we take my wife's car in to get all her windows tinted. As you probably already guessed, the job was done very professionally. It only takes about a day and a half or little more for the tint to settle enough to roll down your windows again. Mine had NO bubbles whatsoever. Ultimately, dude did a solid job and the whole thing only took about an hour. I'd recommend this place over the likes of, say...Audio Express any day. I also highly recommend scheduling an appointment beforehand. This guy apparently gets booked up fairly quickly. He can also quote you a price over the phone (or on Yelp). Actually, my quote was originally $5 higher. So, that's good. I'm gonna give Extasy Tinting & Accessories (crikey, that almost sounds like a sexual innuendo) 5 perfectly tinted windows that don't look like bubble wrap out of 5.

The guys are professional, honest, and and dependable...they "set the standard" for how effortlessly a business should interface with their customers. Improved factory tint: ****************** On this trip FINISH LINE re-did multiple windows on our Mercedes GLS SUV. The rear window was not offering enough sun protection, or privacy protection, on the tailgate. Additionally, both driver and passenger side windows were only lightly tinted from the factory. With our new FINISH LINE tint we have more privacy, and more sun protection from the intense New Mexico sunlight. Bonus ... the dogs are now super happy in the "way back" after FINISH LINE darkened up the tailgate window.

I found out that just because they tell you they know how to install a Metra unit doesn't mean they actually do! They tried with 3 separate Metra units and NONE worked. Metra was kind enough to replace the unit twice. The last thing the owner/manager said on the 4th day of installation was "Just get it out of here ". I told him he said that would be fine when we made the appt, what changed? He just waved his hand at me and said "bye!", and wouldn't even talk to me after that. horrible service, poorly run. I made a few calls and found a shop in town that was able to take care of me, and they did it with a smile. I couldn't say enough bad about Gus and the shop he runs. Look elsewhere!
