After that, they completely stopped communicating -- no replies, no calls answered, nothing. When I finally showed up in person because they wouldn't answer the phone, my shirt was just sitting there unfinished. They told me to come back in an hour, and even after TWO hours, it still wasn't ready. I ended up waiting almost three hours just to get a sloppy printed design -- not embroidered, not the font I asked for, and not even the right color. And they never asked for my approval to switch from embroidery to a cheap print. They ruined my son's photoshoot shirt, they wasted my time, and they didn't take responsibility for anything. Even saying "it's on the house" doesn't fix the fact that they didn't do the job I trusted them with. Unprofessional, zero communication, and completely unreliable. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

They all required a min of 48 hours response time, and then a few more days to ship them out. I decided to go local and was more than happy with the customer service, speed and quality that Badgeworks Plus gave me. I called them, got their email address and sent them a simple graphic with my name and title. his was at around 3:00 in the day. They said they'd have a mock-up the next morning and required a deposit. I was a little hesitant, but realized it made sense. The next morning, I had 2 mock-ups in my inbox at 9:45 am! And guess what? Both of them looks great! I only needed one, but I ended up buying both since they both looked so good, and I figured it's good to have a back-up. I highly recommend this place. (Trust me, I called 8…read moredifferent tinting shops) I got quotes from $99 to $175 for the 2 front windows of a small SUV. Sun Shield was the only business to offer the same 99% UV Protection AND a lifetime warranty, for only $60. (That includes a $10 removal fee) After speaking to the owner, I realized this was the only business to clearly explain the differences in tints and stand behind their work. Sun Shield offers their 2 tints for $60. Its either premium or regular tint, they both have a 99% UV Protection but the premium has a 50% higher heat absorption. I made my appointment a day before & was in and out of the shop within 1 hour. My tint is perfectly installed without any bumps or lints in sight. I highly highly recommend this business.
