(EDIT) So after posting this review, I was surprised that several fellow Yelpers reached out to me…read moresaying they had the same issue with this business. I would say you should stay away from them especially if you have a tight deadline that you must keep. ********************************* I had a terrible experience with this business. So I was about to move out of El Paso and my friend was going to help me with my move, I decided to get him a customized shirt as a gift. I called this place before going and they said they could prepare the shirt in time (I had 3 days left in El Paso). I took the hoodie I bought and went to the store. At the store, I explained my situation again and that I really needed to pick up the shirt in time as I would be moving. They promised to have it ready on the day I move out, so I paid for the service and left. They also told me they would send me a draft to my email before printing to make sure we are on the same page about the design. On my moving day, I called them to let them know that I was on my way. I was a bit worried because I never received any design draft till this day. However, they told me that their machine was broken and they couldn't print. Well... couldn't they let me know sooner? They promised me that they would have it ready in time. But ok, stuff happens. They offered to mail the shirt to my friend's house instead. I felt bad that I couldn't give any gift to my friend on the day I left but I told him he should expect a gift in mail. Then I waited, and waited, and waited. I asked them to send me a picture of the finished product and also confirmation when they mail the shirt, however I never received anything. I followed up by phone, by text, but never received response. When they do answer my phone, they always said "Sorry I forgot, I will send tomorrow". Long story short, after a month of going back and forth, I FINALLY received a photo of the shirt. I wanted to see it because you know, they never even sent me a draft. It looked better than I expected so I was happy about that. However, I found this business very unprofessional. I understand that stuff happens but they said they usually take 2 business days to complete, so obviously my case was unusual. When stuff happens, I would want the business owners to be on top of it. Why do I have to be the one to follow up with them every day for a month straight and they don't even give me any response? After all, I had to ask someone to go get the shirt and deliver it to my friend but I was very disappointed.

Greatest Of All Time embroidery establishment!!!!…read more My first business interaction with this lovely place was my venture for some William Beaumont face masks. I enjoyed speaking with Tracey about our hospital's requirements for the mask and she was very in tune and professional about giving us what we needed. I already had a good feeling about it and their mask sample was definitely the best out of all the other vendors! Not only did we sell out of the first 50 cotton masks we got from them, but the next 150 polyester masks were just as successful! They truly know what kind of material is in demand and how to execute the best, long lasting embroidery. I'll also admit that a couple of times, i had miscounted some masks and thought i was short one each order. But even when i asked Tracey about it, she was very patient and kind to help me try to work it through, and even suggested to provide me one more. But thankfully i would figure it out again and realize the order was perfect, so i would never have to question the accuracy of the order! Lastly, my friend and I just went to the Rhinos hockey game when it was ladies night. First 25 ladies thru the door gets a free t shirt designed by them! They had 3 wonderful choices to pick from as well and they made it for you right then and there at their table set up! How amazing is that??? They are also beyind generous and have made so many donations to organizations and kept giving free t shirts for the night during the t shirt throws! I absolutely love working with Tracey and her brother here, and look forward to more business affairs!

I'd been wanting to brand some fun giveaway items like umbrellas, glow sticks, and inflatables, and…read moreeveryone kept telling me the same thing: "Start with stickers -- and go to Crazy Monkey Stickers." They're local, and they've worked with small businesses like Glias all the way up to big names like the Chihuahuas. Since I'd never ordered stickers before, I first tried their online portal. Honestly, it was a little confusing for a newbie, so I called. The girl who answered was super nice, but English wasn't her strong suit, so we went in circles for a bit (I asked for stickers that stick on foam, she kept saying phone cases ). The one thing I learned from that call: "die cut" means the sticker follows your design shape, while "non-die cut" is basically a square or rectangle. In the end, I just ordered blindly -- their prices were too good to pass up! 100 non-laminated 2x2s for about $40 50 laminated 4x4s for about $60 Found a random coupon online for 20% off Free local pickup (no shipping!) I left a note asking them to cut the stickers to my design and hoped they'd get it. The timeline just said 9-10 shipping days, but I was surprised with an email the very next morning saying my order was ready at locker #2. Pickup was an adventure. Google said they closed at 5 PM, so I showed up at 4:15... only to find out they had closed early for Labor Day weekend (my bad, the email did say 2 PM ). The front door was open, but the inner door to the lockers wasn't, so I couldn't get to my order. I was sitting in my car figuring out what to do when I noticed the only truck in the lot. A man walked out of the building to leave, and I realized he must work there. That was Oscar -- I stopped him, explained my situation, gave him my locker number, and he kindly went back in to grab my order. Total lifesaver (I even gave him some wine festival tickets as a thank-you). The stickers? Amazing quality. They were a little smaller than I imagined, but that's on me for guessing sizes. I'm super happy with them, especially for the price. The shop itself looked really cool too, so I definitely plan to go back. Later, they even reached out to apologize for the mix-up -- nice customer service touch. Overall: local, affordable, quality work, and a shop worth supporting. Just make sure to double-check pickup hours so you don't end up on an accidental scavenger hunt like me. Crazy Monkey Stickers 8800 Gateway Blvd E El Paso, TX 79907
