After prepaying her to do our cleaning we made multiple attempts to contact her. After multiple…read morecalls over multiple days we were finally forced to dispute the transaction due to non communication. When we called to tell the carpet cleaner she had recommended we were canceling him due to a bad taste left in our mouth from the situation he said he'd let her know. Within a few short minutes of hanging up she called us. Stated she was sorry, and told us it was fine that we disputed and she'd let the bank know she hadn't cleaned the house so they would refund us. Fast forward a few weeks and the bank comes back refusing the dispute partially due to missing an email and partially due to incorrect wording in reasoning. Again I chose to try to go directly to Yira for a refund to skip the middle man and keep from causing more difficulty for both of us. She answered the first call and seemed fairly willing to refund however suddenly there's now a $50 cancelling fee that didn't exist at all any of the other calls. She asks for the last 4 of the card, I immediately text it to her as requested. I asked last night if she had sent the refund, no response. All today I have made many attempts to call (left voicemails), text, message both her Facebook and this Facebook for a response as to if the refund had been sent. After multiple hours of attempted response I reopened the dispute. 1 hour after my husband left a review I got a single message "I'm waiting for my back" that's it. No call back, no text back just a single Facebook message. Absolutely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and less than helpful. I urge you to think strongly before hiring her unless you want risk being out $325 and the stress of a last minute self clean with 2 very young kids. I left my review. Hopefully it's easier to understand. My husband tried but we're both so sleep deprived it's hard to function lol! I hope people see it and reconsider.

For the first time in four years, I have someone who is smart, detail-oriented, passionate, honest, hard-working, and everything else good in charge of my house in El Paso while I'm in Los Angeles. For the FIRST TIME, I'm able to breathe a sigh of relief that my house is being properly cared for, inside and out. She's an incredible communicator, and couldn't be sweeter or more grateful for everything under the sun. It's scary to give her such a good review, because I never want anyone to take her from me , but she deserves it. I called a million cleaning companies, got screwed over by one, and overcharged by others, until I found this one. I feel very, very lucky to have her.
