Only one hour before, the owner had messaged to cancel the appointment due to a pet emergency but did not offer to send a single person or even a chance to reschedule. Just cancel. Everything started off great. I thought this could be a start to a good professional relationship. This is my first time hiring a cleaning service. They were great at responding and giving me an estimate right away, even responded late at night, which I did not expect. I scheduled a deep cleaning. They did an okay job, I was satisfied with the work. Nothing life changing. They were very respectful and polite. I did my best to not hoover and make them uncomfortable, but also stay nearby, as this was the first time they were in my home and I don't know them. A few things I noticed after they left later that day were: they didn't dust some shelves, the floors were a bit sticky, and whatever they used to clean the outside of the fridge left nasty marks, hoping it will come off, just haven't had the time to try yet. I would have still hired them because he told me that if there was anything they could work on better next time to let him know and they will pay more attention to it, and honestly did not want to go through searching for someone and meeting/interviewing new people. When they left we talked about getting a quote for ongoing bi-weekly or monthly services. I never got that quote. I sent an email following up email, and Nada. I tried reaching out through yelp, and was left on "read." Professionalism and courtesy of people's time mean a lot to me. He stressed maybe 4x that his goal is to exceed people's expectations. I would not recommend to a friend or rehire at this point. Their work was not worth it in my opinion. read more

This is a very conscious enterprise with a very humane owner. Being that the cleaning staff assigned to our home was unable to fulfill their commitment the owner, Victor, stepped up and himself stepped up and did the quoted job solo. You would think being alone to doing the job the job would lack integrity but not it was done with the highest of integrity and quality. Victor and his company showed us what a good, honest company is capable of doing even if it has to be done solo. We just purchased a new home in Las Cruces and needed it thoroughly cleaned before we move in. I got an estimate from Victor that was reasonable and thorough. I got reminder text messages the day before and the day of the cleaning, and updates (including pictures) as the cleaning was done. I appreciated that they were honest and gave us a refund because our estimate included cleaning around/ behind the fridge but we don't have a fridge yet. We were also very happy with the job they did cleaning (including getting rid of all the sand/dust and construction dust). read more

They do a great job cleaning my home, are trustworthy, communicate well, always confirm each appointment, let me know important updates and more. The first time that they came to clean, they walked through the house with me and asked me questions about preferences, my priorities, etc. My house has never looked better. They care about the details, and don't cut corners! On the contrary, they clean their house like it is their house. They also are very compassionate and caring people. The VCD team care about you and your family, and will make you feel like you are their most important client. A couple months ago, my uncle was placed into hospice. Excellent job of complete house cleaning from baseboards to ceiling fans; nothing missed. Cleanest my house has ever been. My allergies are better now. They also did some cutting and trimming on outside bushes including a sage and oleander I wanted cut. I plan to have them return monthly to help with the house cleaning and yard work. I would recommend them to anyone. Candy and Victor are great people; very friendly and pleasant to have around. They are also very quick and efficient. I look forward to seeing them again. read more
