I'm glad he did ask because my kitchen and bathrooms have tile floors and the rest of my house is carpet. I was excited to get the whole house done at once. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the team. I received an estimate within 24 hours and was scheduled that same week. The crew arrived on time and finished the entire house in a single day. Given that it was the holiday season and I was expecting guests, I was incredibly grateful for the prompt service and the very reasonable pricing. I cannot say enough good things about FiberCare! I…read moreoriginally met the owner when they came out to clean the carpet in one of my rental properties. The carpet had pet stains and pet odor, and I honestly wasn't sure how well it could be brought back. When they were finished, I couldn't even tell where the stains had been -- and the pet odor was completely gone. The carpet looked amazing! They also cleaned a rug for me, and once again, I was blown away. It came back looking like new. What really impressed me was learning how long FiberCare has been serving El Paso, 30 years; and seeing the equipment and process they use. This isn't someone simply running a little wand over your carpet. Their equipment does a serious deep cleaning, and you can see the difference in the finished product. The machine they use to clean has huge brushes and sucks all the gross dirty water out. I hate the wand cleaners I feel like the carpets have just been made wet without sucking at the dirty water.  Beyond the results, I found them to be honest, ethical, knowledgeable, and genuinely proud of the work they do. After seeing firsthand what they were able to do with pet stains, pet odor, carpet, and my rug, I would absolutely recommend FiberCare. It's wonderful to find a longtime local El Paso business that still takes this much pride in doing the job right. Five stars from me!

Terrible service, carpet looks as if it was not cleaned. Almost as if no product was used it was just wet. The man ripped a piece of the carpet with the machine. Left puddles of water. Cleaning Solutions did a phenomenal job on the carpets in our entire house! We will be hiring them…read moreevery six months and next time I'm definitely going to have our couches done as well (it really makes a difference if you have bad allergies). I spent a lot of time getting quotes from different carpet cleaners and simply, the process just wasn't fun. I like to streamline everything, to be able to send an email or message, get a response and be able to look over all of the information. Most of the time an online quote wasn't an option and then when I'd call in they said they needed to actually come see the house (not ideal at all since that could mean sitting around waiting for five different companies... ain't happening). Cleaning Solutions gave me a quote online... HALLELUJAH! And it was a very competitive price with the few others that were able to give me a quote without scheduling an appointment. I knew that the price could differ a little once they saw the rooms (maybe the size of the rooms were bigger than they expected or the fact that I didn't specify that there are three little steps from the kitchen could add to the expense). I booked 'em. The owner, Matt, arrived on time and ready to verify pricing and details before he started. Three bedrooms, two hallways, the livingroom, one full staircase, and two three-steppers only ran us $109 + tax! The price I was quoted was the price we paid... that's a win! The other thing that blew my mind was how quickly Matt was able to finish the carpets. All of the carpets were done in about an hour, give or take, and he let us know that we should try to give the carpets about four hours to completely dry. I also just want to mention, I took the time to vacuum before he arrived and I recommend you do that as well (especially if you have dogs) just because it can hurry the process along. Matt was very professional the entire time he was working and was even nice enough to pencil us in for a reminder in six months in case we forget to schedule something. I would definitely recommend Cleaning Solutions. Our carpets look great (even the heavily trafficked areas like our back door) and the price was the best we found.
