Unlike other carpet cleaning companies,they pre vacuum with HEPAl filter vac at no extra charge - even if you just vacuumed, they do their own vacuum. They check for pet stains and pre treat. For high traffic areas, they pre scrub to bring the pile back up. Highly recommend. The pricing is food for what they do and the amount of time they spend working on your project. They even bring plastic corner guards so their hoses do not scuff your wall corners or large furniture. Definitely recommend!
