I called to file a complaint and the owner Robert who I was dealing with last name and he said for me to file a complaint under shop name and just hung up on me Robert is extremely unprofessional. Had an appointment at 3 PM. My vehicle was ready by 4:30 customer service here was exceptional. Even the technicians were professional. I got received the same replacement on my Jeep, which is a brand new 2025 so they gave me the same windshield that is authorized and compatible. It looks clean. It looks smooth. I'm really happy now. I don't have to feel crazy with a little crack in my windshield because I'm a person that does not like stuff like that. Also definitely makes a difference when you have insurance so I will add that mine covered basically the entire thing except $50 deductible.

I spoke directly with the manager, and instead of taking responsibility for the damage caused by their technician, he refused to take accountability. I was then told by Frank that he would inform the manager and that I would receive a call back, but that never happened. It feels like they are avoiding responsibility and hoping the issue just goes away. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles them matters. In this case, the lack of accountability and follow-up was very disappointing. Beware of taking your vehicle to this location. If something gets damaged, don't expect them to stand behind their work.
