I am very pleased with thier service and work! Very friendly and prompt. A much better overall experience than going to a typical " corporate" tire shop . In the future, I will definitely bring my cars here. Ken Leiboff read more

I brought in all three of my cars for accurate alignments to my specifications, instead of the "factory spec" window that is a mile wide. I could feel the results from the driver's seat. Great work, although of course the price was commensurate with the effort required. As always, you get what you pay for. read more

Called Pro Alignment and Debbie said they could get me in same day if I leave it and pick up in the afternoon. Dropped it off 10:15AM, picked it up 3:30PM. Debbie was super friendly and very helpful. When I dropped it off she asked why I wanted an alignment (Costco Tires said I needed one). When I picked it up Debbie said the alignment was slightly off, but not severe enough to cause wear on both edges of my tires. The wear was likely due to under inflation, as I had suspected. But they did make minor adjustments to bring the alignment tighter, and the ride feels better than ever. Very happy with Debbie and Rick's work. read more

Called and scheduled an alignment after having new tires installed on my lifted 4Runner. Tires got done earlier than expected and I showed up earlier with no issues. Debbie was very nice and friendly. Got a call 1.5 hours later saying my truck was ready for pick up. It was all lined up nicely! No issues. Will definitely use them again. Thanks for the great, honest work! read more

Pro Alignment & Brake - Auto Repair Near Me - Campbell, California

First you need to know I live in Ben Lomond near Santa Cruz and absolutey hate driving over the hill YET when it comes to getting my brakes done I am more than happy to deal with the rush hour traffic because Pro Alignment is an automotive shop I can truly trust. I had a complete brake job done here in 2008 and because I tow a trailer with my Subaru thought I needed brakes twice since then because when I was towing they got hot and began to squeel. This family owned business revealed that the first time I had 80 percent left on my brakes and today when I went for a check up fully prepared to buy new brakes that I still had 50 percent and didn't need a brake job on either front or the rear brakes. He also checked my master cylinder and brake fluid and took it for a test drive to insure I woud be safe on a trip where I'll be towing my travel trailer to Quartzsite Arizona for a big RV Rendezvous there. How often as a woman have I been persuaded to buy a repair only to discover that it wasn't truly needed or the part wasn't actually replaced. So this place is a breath of fresh air. Debbie and Rick are down to earth, friendly and a delight to deal with and I didn't experience any type of sexist condenscending attitudes that I have encountered with some male mechanics in the past. Because I live over the hill, I needed to wait for my brake check up and I was able to work on my laptop in a comfortable and clean waiting area. I want to also mention that this business honors their specials and warranties even if the current special or warranty has changed. When I first replaced all my brakes and rotors in 2008 they were offering a package that they have changed yet they honored my warranty. I greatly appreciate their honesty and integrity and I am grateful that they grandfathered in my original warranty so I didn't receive any costly surprises at the end of my brake check and feel that business is not about making a sale it's about creating a relationship with the customer. And they have created a customer for life with the way they do business. So as I wove my way through traffic to get back home, I was really pleased to have chosen Pro Alignment to do my original brake job. This place is worth the time and stress it takes to drive over the hill to get there. If you need brakes or car repair and want a family business you can trust ...look no further. Great place and service. Had my alignment done in under 30 min. Nice and friendly folks.

I brought my son's car in to Pro Alignment last week after speaking with Debbie. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I believe it was Rick (Debbie's son-in-law) that worked on my son's car and he was great! He also took a look at my car at the last minute without an appointment because I was concerned I might have an issue with a CV Axle. He gave me the "all clear". I will definitely be patronizing and referring this establishment in the future. It is nice to find a trustworthy auto repair shop! read more

This is the SPOT for alignment! I called to see what time I could bring my truck in and they had an immediate opening. I dropped my truck off got a few lunch recommendations from Debbie, had lunch and by the time I done, so was my truck. Rick did a wonderful job with my truck and the difference was noticeable. Their prices were right inline with three other competitors but their equipment is much better. They are a local family run business and they do great work at an honest price. I will be back! read more

I love this place. I have been going there for an oil change since a year or so. Not sure why someone would think they are pricey, because when I shopped around and asked a quote on some specific thing, quote from this place was the least because they would need only 30min to do the job, where as other shops including the dealership wanted over 1hr. read more

Pro Alignment & Brake were very friendly & knew right away what my 1972 Buick Skylark needed . The alignment was done faster then promised & Rck took time to talk about the car with me. Debbie told me where to get Breakfest & was great with 10% coupon. I will go back to them when needed. read more

These guys are amazing! I took my car in because of a squeaky brake that's lasted more than 1.5 months. They gave me some ideas on what could potentially be the problem. After providing a free visual inspection, the guy told me it's likely just the fact that I'm using performance brakes. Nothing is wrong with the rotor. He even gave me a recommendation on the type of brakes that I should use (without trying to sell me anything). I asked for a quote to replace all 4 brake pads in the future, and got quoted an excellent price of $250 to get all 4 changed using a highly recommended (based on online research I've done) high quality brake pad. I really appreciate the honesty of the mechanic as well as the front desk person who had warned me of a potential charge of $33 if they had to take all of the brake pads/rotors off instead of doing a visual inspection. The speed of the check was also amazing! I was in and out of the shop within 30 min. I'll definitely come back next time I need new brake pads or alignment! read more

If you're looking for an alignment place that does the job right, does the job in a timely matter, and does work you can trust then I highly recommend Pro Alignment. Not only is Rick and awesome guy, but he's also a 49ers fan (which could have contributed to him being awesome initially)! read more

Great shop!! I needed to get my track brakes and worn rear pads replaced and fluid changed/bled. So I took the car to this shop in Campbell due to the good reviews on yelp. I called in and left a message early in the week but they were very busy and did not return my initial call. So I called back again and spoke to the owner. She was very courteous and returned my request for a quote that day. I agreed to bring the car in and use my parts I had discs and rotors and fluid already. They did an excellent job! Not cheap but I would rather pay a little more for quality service. The car stops great and they let me burnish the new pads and rotors how I wanted too which is good. They also cleaned all the brake parts thoroughly including my stock red calipers. Great job and very good customer service. I will go back when it comes time for an alignment or brakes again. I'm a decent mechanic so I understand what's involved with this type of work and if I just needed pads I'd probably just do the job myself. read more

Pro Alignment & Brake - Brakes done. Thanks PA&B - Auto Repair Near Me - Campbell, California

Update 9-11-12: These guys just confirmed my previous rating and increased their credibility. Just put a new set of tires on the 4Runner so I took it in for a 4 wheel alignment. I was the only customer in the shop at the time. It's up on the rack and the guy tells me, "This alignment is already as good as it gets. You don't need one." A very reasonable $35 for alignment check, didn't scroll me for the full $100 job when they had the chance. I recommend these guys. read more

Very helpful! Came here to get an alignment after my car wasn't feeling too great on the way to Santa Cruz. Debbie was very straight up with me, and let me know that the alignment might not fix the pull and vibration I was feeling on my car. I decided to go ahead with the service anyway, i was pretty confident that this is what i needed. While doing the alignment they discovered that I needed a new camber nut as well. Rick the mechanic took it for a test drive multiple times during the service to make sure it was running great before giving it back to me. Overall the service was great and very fast! Only waited about an hour for the whole thing, and they even gave me a student discount. Thanks Rick and Debbie! read more

I'm new to CA, and after reading the Yelp reviews I picked Pro Alignment and Brake to check out the front end on a truck I just bought. They were honest and friendly, did a great job with the alignment, and even took the time to point out a few thinks that might need attention at some point, without trying to hard sell me on repairs that weren't immediately required. read more

I've been building Street Rods for over 46 years, I won't take my Cars to anyone else Paul is the best around in the Campbell area, he's always shot straight from the hip. If I had any problems Pro Alignment Stands behind their work. I only had one problem and the fault was in the tire, they adjusted the car alignment to correct the tire problem, to which gave me another 20 K miles before I placed on new tires. I brought my 09 Honda Fit in yesterday to get an alignment done. Not only were the workers there super helpful and friendly, they let me watch them work and showed me what they were doing. They couldn't get my car perfectly aligned to Honda's Standards, but they did their best and told me when I get a new tire on the front left side, they would do the alignment for free. (my current tire is bald and showing threads) I even left something personal there and received a call that they had found it and would hold it for me. If you need an alignment, this is definitely the place to go! read more

Family owned and operated, and rum like it. Expect a fair price and exceptional service because that's what you'll receive.

Very friendly and professional. I called this morning to see if they could fit me in for an alignment and brake check, and Debbie said bring it on by - they had an opening. But as (bad) luck would have it, the alignment machine went on the fritz with my car on the lift and needed repair. Debbie was very apologetic, though, and said she'd give me a call as soon as things were up and working again. She called me that same day at 1:45, I got there by 2:00, and I was out by 2:45. And she gave me a discount for the return trip... Can't tell you how refreshing it is to work with friendly folks who value your time. Another local business I will patronize in the future. read more

I got my alignment done here twice after getting new tires on my cars. Done in under 45min on my lunch break. Other services recommended me to drop my car off in the AM and come back later. Fast and quick service while I waited in the lobby. Theres also a bomb ass deli at the Valero around the corner. I would recommend Pro Alignment for quick service. Rick and Debbie are cool folks. Awesome deal too. read more

I was referred by Robert H (another Yelp reviewer) and had a great experience. I called the day before and was able to get an appointment the next morning. Deb and Rick were super friendly and really cared about my safety. I had bought a set of tires two years ago and was never told to get an alignment. I wish I knew about protecting my investment back then. I found out during a recent tire rotation that my tires were so bald and worn incorrectly that a rotation couldn't even be completed! Costco tire shop said I only needed to replace two (kinda odd when you normally replace all four together), so I did. After speaking with Rick and him showing me my tires, he reassured my gut instinct, stating the other two tires were in pretty bad shape and Costco should have had me replace all four. Back to Costco to buy two more (which is a whole another debacle). I highly recommend PA&B! Thank you for taking care of my van! Thank you for all the information and the quick turnaround read more

Extremely knowledgeable, very clean garage and all the modern equipment you expect to see. My BMW 530i was starting to get a little sloppy on the freeway- definitely wasn't the car I bought years ago. Paul spent about 1 hour on my car, test drove it twice and really spent the time to dial eveything in. Now my car tracks perfectly straight and steers like a new car. My bill was a little over $100. and I thought it was well worth the price, actually it was a great deal. In the world of BMW it's impossible to get 1 hour of expertise for $100. Avoid the big tire shops and go to Pro Alignment- excellent service, excellent results, family owned. read more

Very nice friendly people who work here I own a shop down the street and sub out all of my alignments to them. He has made many of our customers happy with his work unfortunatley we are a smog shop and just don't have the space for an alignment machine. read more

This is my second alignment with Rick and Debbie (possibily nicest people I have ever met, let alone in this industry). First time was for a fresh up, second time 8 months later was following a complete suspension install. They treat my Audi TT with great love and expertise. When a tie rod was immovable, due to age, they let me go repair it with my Audi guy and bring it back for a second alignment finish off. Their machine is as good as it gets, 3D laser, 4 wheel. Their print out is incredibly detailed, describing all aspects of the camber, angle and vehicle specs for alignment. Def recommend to anyone for alignment, and more. The machine and tech are so good I think any caliber car could be addressed! read more

Did an excellent job on my alignment, which was off after hitting a curb hard enough to flat my low-ish profile (225/45R17) tire. Though they recommended and offered a rotation (no extra charge), I declined, since I had only a couple hundred miles on the new rear, which was changed the same day it was flatted by the curb. When I picked the car up, I noticed a slight drift in the same direction. I drove it around for a day to see if it'd stay like that, and it did, so I called the next day and they took me right back in. They did the rotation and checked everything out again at no additional charge, and it's been perfect since then. Great friendly customer service, and I appreciate them making it right for free even though it was my fault that it wasn't right after the first time :) read more
