with Peize Pest Control was excellent. The service representative was always kind and polite very observation of the went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that the problem was resolved. The price of the service was a great value I had a rat problem, the service representative Place trapped in the attic and bait stations outside also sent a step-by-step process to improve the property to prevent ongoing rotten issues! Hired this company to keep rodents out of our attic. That was the initial call that got them out here. First couple trips they just added traps in attic to the ones I had already set out. Finally got them to send "exclusion" guy. He walked around the house told me some stuff to do and was here couple of hours. And he didn't do any exclusion work. The rodents continued to get into our attic. Finally I did my own inspection and from the roof I found substantial hole in fascia. Patched that and no more rodents. All along they were charging $50 month and would come out anytime I asked to empty traps or put more in. It was also messy when I was told I was on annual plan and couldn't cancel. Did get that straightened out read more

Sabastian was excellent and took great care and attention in making sure to treat all our huge fire ant piles and provided additional treatment for hammerhead worms. We are so thankful for Prize Pest Control. Every technician who comes out is so personable and ensures all pests are a thing of the past! read more

So Far so Good. These Guys are Awesome and I would Recommend them. I have seen a Few Pest after The First Extermination, but not as many as before. I highly recommend this Service. I was beginning to have an Infestation Problem and now nothing. Thanks Prize. read more

These people are the worst! They don't do what they say they are going to do and then don't stand behind their work. My case is an obvious a case of taking advantage of an elderly couple at a ridiculous price and not doing the work they promised. When confronted with the facts they refused a partial refund and then had the audacity to ask if there was anything else they could do to help us! Bob M. read more

As a discerning homeowner in Plano who carefully vets contractors based on both reputation and service, I initially hesitated after reading a few questionable reviews here on Yelp. However, a deeper investigation--particularly through Google, where the business holds over 230 verified reviews with overwhelmingly positive feedback--painted a very different and far more accurate picture. From the first conversation, the owner was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive to my concerns. It was clear that customer care is not just a tagline but a lived value. The service technicians arrived on time, were highly professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. There was zero pressure--just solid, transparent service and helpful communication every step of the way. Working with a local, independently owned business provided a level of responsiveness and accountability that is often lacking in larger, national chains. It's worth noting that while platforms like Yelp can sometimes reflect the outliers, the consistent excellence reflected in hundreds of Google reviews tells the full story. That story is one of reliability, quality workmanship, and a team that genuinely values their clients. I'll continue to update this review if necessary, but as of now, I couldn't be more pleased. If you're considering this company, don't let a couple of negative outliers cloud your judgment--look at the complete picture. Great experience. Highly recommended. read more

Prize did a great service for me at my place. Treated the yard for the fire ants and took care of the rodent issue we've been having. We started to hear something in the attic, called Prize Pest Control and they sent someone out right away. Richard our technician was great, answered all my questions, went up into our attic and even placed some nice decorative rodent boxes in our yard to keep the problem from getting in the house. Thank you, service was great and got a good deal on price. read more

An entire year has passed since Fry's pest control sprayed my home. I only use their services once. Jeff Davenport got my debit card information still trying to charge it even though its been cancelled. Jeff Davenport continues to call my phone weekly to try and harass me and provoke me. Jeff Davenport is the devil in human form! My name is Jeremy Davis I'm a two-time war veteran I love my country and I live to serve and protect the USA. Take heed to my words go find another pest control company. But if for some reason you do choose Jeff Davenport and prize pest control pay them in cash and don't give them your personal information because Jeff Davenport creates fraud Rumpelstiltskin type contracts. BEWARE! read more

Horrible fraudulent company. Lied directly to us, not knowing I have a law degree and knowledge of contract law. They will not let you get out of a contract and continue to harass you for payment, even when they have told you other options to cancel would be available. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional and illegal practices. Would give zero stars if available read more

I have known the owners of Prize Pest Control for many years. They are super experienced with finding and stopping bugs.

Living in Texas pest control is a necessity! Prize Pest Control was timely and the techs understood the needs of me and my family. We had ants, spiders, and water bugs and David my tech was able to help with stopping the problem. Prize Pest also is assisting us with mosquitoes so they we can enjoy our back yard this summer. Highly recommend this company for pest control. The office staff. read more

They charged me 250 for bed bug removal. Said the sprayed whole living room and electrical outlets and affected furniture. No evidence of spraying anyplace except 1 couch and 2 days later I started seeing more bed bugs called them and the wanted to charge me to come out to spray again even though I pay 40 a month for there other bug service. They liars and will not stand behind there service. Please do not use them. For any service. They steal your money and don't stand behind their service read more

They make it impossible to stop service, I have had to dispute charge after charge, I tried to stop service all last year and yet they keep charging my credit card, which I have to dispute over and over again. They have not been to my house since last Sept or Oct yet they keep charging my card. Talking to them does no good they will not stop making charges. Worst company ever read more

Worst pest control ever they come out 4 times and never got rid of the problem. However they did manage to kill my dog on the first visit but couldn't kill the pests I called them about. I used a 12-dollar bottle of Ortho and got rid of them inside and out save your money. I paid 53 dollars a month and when I cancelled contract they charged me 441 dollars even though the contract says satisfaction guaranteed. Thats a damn lie my recommendation stay away from them the old saying you get what you pay for goes here. Don't go for the cheapest price. read more

Worst company I've ever worked with. They fail epically with their scheduling off the bat they aren't dependable. They give you a 2 hour window and 4 times they didn't show up on time or rescheduled my appointment without telling me in advance. I wanted to cancel their nonsense 1- year commitment to their service and they won't let me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Find a company that provides customer service, on-time scheduling, and no contracts that hold your hostage. I can't express my dissatisfaction enough for this terrible company. read more

I wish I read the reviews before choosing this company. I was going to the least expensive. I told them I was shopping around. They went as far as getting my price down to the lowest option available. They new exactly what I needed. I knew exactly what I needed. It was a one time deal. So why would I agree to anything continuously? I paid for the service, and everyone was happy. So I thought. Next month I get a charged. Why do you have my card information? I never gave my card information to be continually charged. It was always a one time deal. Now I have to fight to get my money back. They want to keep it, then tell me I signed a contract. NO. I signed a receipt for a card transaction and you know it. This is pitiful. read more
