OBSESSED! No exaggeration, I didn't have to get filled for an ENTIRE MONTH in between sessions and I was getting compliments up until the day of my fill appointment. I've been going to Sam for almost 2 years now, I used to drive all the way to her Beverly Hills location cause that's how good she is!! Soo happy she's expanded and now more locally to me :P This new location is so convenient and it has the cutest vibes, loooove the decor and set-up. For the lashes, I've tried multiple looks and she kills it every time. She mixes her own glue and I love that she strongly advocates washing them often too, so you know she uses only the best quality. I can't say enough nice things about Privileged! I was coming in from a recommendation for milia removal and Samantha went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and taken care of. I first came in for a consultation to ease my nerves and was totally on board after talking it through with her. The process itself was easy and my skin is already looking SO much better (and I had about 20 milia removed, including in the inner corners of my eyes!). I have to admit how much I enjoy coming here. First off parking was easy ( living in LA that's always an issue) I was greeted upon entering, always a good sign of what's to come. After choosing a facial, I was walked into a clean room. The smell was delightful, the mood was set and I was READY to relax. To say less the most disappointing experience is an understatement. I purchased the groupon special which was a 60 min diamond microbrasion w/ ultra sonic treatment. I was excited for this. I actually planned my day around it and when the time arrived I came in slightly earlier than my 4.45 appointment. Upon arriving I was not greeted and I could see someone scurrying in the background, but they never acknowledged my presence so I proceeded to check myself in on the "new patient" form. When I finished I rang the pink bell which I assumed would usher in some customer service, but yet and still.....nothing. I've been here at least 10 minutes now when finally a frantic looking lady comes in and says "oh hayyy are you so and sooo". "Yes" I say. We go in the back room where she tells me to get undressed. She points to a uncovered spa seat and says "oh we arent allowed to have towels due to covid". "Hmmm" I thought, I recently went to a spa and yes I in fact did not have to lay on a bare cold leather seat for a "relaxing" facial. However I proceeded. So I get undressed lay down and the services starts. AND HERE IS WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWNHILL FOR REAL!!!!. First off, she didnt wear gloves. She is touching my BARE FACE rubbing her half washed hands on my skin. Her dead skin cells rubbing and falling onto my face! I was shocked and immediately felt disgusted. I didnt totally freak out until she touched my lips. Then I was like do you not wear gloves usually and she was like "no". Wow. In the middle of a pandemic and for a facial service where tour disgusting oils are on my face now you DONT WEAR GLOVES???! Okay I tried to get past it and she was to proceed with a peel. However she kept getting up and down and leaving the room. Far from relaxing or inviting. I mean I was literally sitting there with her popping frantically up and down touching my face with her bare hands and her steam machine leaking on me. When she came back for the peel which I find high unprofessional the constant back and forth, I said I'd rather not do it as now I'm not even sure she knows what shes doing. She seems kind of confused but agreed to continue she tell me she applying some moisture stuff and I'm thinking "where is the microdermabrasion????"... like are we just skipping that, but hay whatever then as I'm in mid thought...PLOP!! She drops this gunk in my f****in eye!!! Like wtf!!! Yeah I had enough I got up and after taking some time to get my eye back to life I storm to the front and demand the not charge me for that sub par service. Horrible experience and I barely got a sorry. I had a feeling this was some bullshit but it was confirmed by the TWO cystic bumps that popped up the next day. Which is today. Yup I'm walking around know with two bean sized bumps around my chin which omg sure is from the lady rubbing my face with her hands and being extremely unhygienic. Needless to say I would not recommend you waste your money, nor your time. And try to save your face as well, go somewhere where it will actually be relaxing and not seem like a rushed unorganized mess. read more

She took the time to thoroughly sanitize and clean everything for me before and during my appointment which is definitely important at this time. We chatted while she did my facial. I actually bought a Groupon for this place and had Cielo for my appointments. Cielo was so amazing that I bought 3 more facials from Privileged but Cielo doesn't work there any more so they booked me with Irma Sanz. Irma was not great at all and she was walking around with gloves on and touching things and then doing my facial with the same gloves on. The service at this place is so horrible. I went for my final facial today that Irma had booked for me and I was not on the schedule and she was not there. I waited for 20mins for someone to come to the door because the door does not open sometimes. I was trying to get someone on the phone to talk about what happened today and nobody called me back and I have already paid for my final facial. I wish I had never purchase a package with them. This is a horrible place and I do not recommend this place at all. I have to look for another place to go to and I am down the money I already paid. read more

I tried to book 2 facial appointments for my mom and sister and I'm not sure if they don't care about their business to give potential customers the time of day or they're just unprofessional in general. I called and didn't get an answer then get a text later on asking what I want to book but the whole encounter was so unprofessional and unresponsive when I would respond in a timely manner so I decided to go elsewhere. Then a few months later I decided to give them another chance and figured they might've been busy, but no I got the same rude treatment if not worse! So bizarre they really don't have any professionalism when speaking to people so that actually makes me so happy I dodged a bullet since I can only imagine how bad the service is. Also now that I'm reading reviews from people saying they short you on your facial time that you PAID for and that they are even unprofessional in person, this really tells me how bad this place is.
