Love the facials here! I drive an hour in traffic just to come here for facials and the experience. They treat you really well from the moment you walk in! I can honestly say I have never had a better facial experience in my life than I had with Ashley. I decided to treat myself to a hydrafacial for the first time. I stumbled upon The Body Face on a google search. I am so happy I did. The reviews don't do justice to how wonderful my experience was at this place. Ashley, the esthetician, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about skin. After eleven years in the business, she is still passionate about giving clients great skincare. I felt relaxed and comfortable in the cute little setup. One thing that stood out to me is that Ashley is extremely considerate and accommodating to her clients. I told her that I had my eyebrows microbladed. She was very cautious about avoiding that area while doing my facial. Holy cow, the hydrafacial made my skin glow and look like porcelain. I've never loved my skin so much until after the hydro facial. It is a hundred percent worth the money. Ashley uses the best of the best skincare and caters to each client's needs. I was so relaxed during my facial that I almost fell asleep. That's how good it was. I will return to The Body Face to get more facials done by Ashley! If I could do ten stars, I would. I saw a review here complaining about the noise outside the treatment room. The Body Face is situated in a place called Salon Republic. It's a collection of offices used as hair salons, nail salons, etc. Unfortunately, the neighbors can be loud. Rightfully frustrated, Ashley went next door to ask the neighbors to quiet down as they were literally yelling. This happens often, and Ashley has contacted them multiple times to keep the noise down. I genuinely feel bad for Ashley because it's beyond her control that her neighbors are inconsiderate. However, I would not knock a star down in rating because of that reason. As I said, I had a super relaxing first time, regardless of the rude neighboring salon. Ashley was extremely apologetic, and I understood this was beyond her control. If you're that sensitive to noise, then don't go out. It really was not bad at all. Note: My skin is very sensitive. I did not break out with any of the products she used. read more

Ashley is superb in every way! As a visitor to the area I was so lucky to get an available appointment for a facial that worked into my schedule. The mall itself is like most in America these days ... 2/3 empty trying to fill space with tenants (thebodyface is housed within a complex of beauty services & somewhat difficult to find - give yourself time) Plenty of paid parking in the underground structure but quite a hike to the other end. They kindly validate but it's still about $5 for the 2 hours you will be there upon entering to exiting after the hike from your parking spot. Welcome to LA, no getting around it. It's worth it though. Treat yourself to a relaxing & well-deserved facial treatment. YOLO. Ashley is a pro & will take great care of you. I had my first ever hydrafacial here with Kat a month ago and have to say it was the best experience ever. She was so thorough and explained everything she was doing and gave great recommendations on products to use specifically in reference to my skin needs. She recommended the cryofacial and I'm going to get it this week! The only complaint I have that has absolutely nothing to do with the service is that you can really be disturbed by the hairstylists and clients walking around and speaking loudly since this is simply a room inside a Salon Republic location. read more
