I would say my experience at Sue Lim's Skin Care is AWESOME other than great. I have been doing facial at different places for years so I am pretty much know what I am getting. However, the experience and results are beyond my expectations. Sue is so attentive, genuine, and caring. She explains everything and every step so clear. So I didn't have the experience of wondering what's on my face during my treatments as before. The place is clean, hygiene, quiet, and comfy. I chose the face lift treatment as I really need one. Came in with dry skin flakes, deep laugh lines, and dull skin tone. I was not happy how pandemic did to me. The treatment is about 60min. The result was amazing! I felt my skin was hydrated instantly, the laugh lines are no longer that deep (in fact, I think they are so light that I barely even notice). When I was checking myself in the mirror, I saw my skin tone was so much brighter! Love it. I waited for couple of days to write a review. She starts off with a detailed consultation so she can customize the facial according to my skin concerns. For my oily skin, she did a hydro-exfoliation with a lactic acid peel. This was a vacuum suction that infuses serums into the skin while vacuuming away the gunk in the pores. After the hydro-exfoliation she proceeded to do extractions - my favorite part of a facial! I also got red led light therapy for anti-aging. The light therapy was really relaxing. I was able to take a much needed nap under the light. She used multiple devices (extraction pen; infrared pen to kill bacteria; LED light panel), and did a double-cleanse, an enzyme mask, manual extractions, and a sheet mask that was thick and high-quality.
