The texting to book the appointment was awesome & they replied fast, super nice & answered questions. The vibe of the salon was top tier. Not many people, and it was very calm. Lisa took the time to make my nails perfect. She checked all the nails many times, made sure I liked it and was SUPER sweet and nice to my nails. The price can be a little-known steep but it took her two hours to do them. If these last 3-4 weeks then it will be less money then having to go to chop shop salon every week to get them redone. This is my first time coming here and do Russian nails. It was a bit difficult to find this place since is inside the building where they cut their hair and do lashes and all. I love the pedicure which it can cost 100 to 150 Or so. The nails omg it was expensive 160 and I'm like what??? Never paid that much. They said they will Last one month. The people here are super nice. Cute place and all. Yes they don't use water to do pedicure. Do I recommend this place? If it's in your budget go for it. read more

It's unacceptable to be as pricey as you are and offer mediocre service, rude nail techs that don't understand you then make you feel like you're the problem. My nails were so mediocre for being $160 like get real. This is such an overhyped place. Also as a nail artist and a nail expertise if i show you a pic of what i want it's your job to pick the colors or use your judgement to make the vision come to life. I want to warn potential clients that while this nail salon has talented workers like Anastasia (#3), who does great work their lack of consistency and professionalism is a serious issue. My appointment was canceled due to what they claimed was a failure to confirm, even though I never received any message asking me to confirm. In fact, I *did* receive a text at 6:00 AM saying "see you at 11:00 AM," which clearly shows they had me confirmed in their system. On top of that, I personally called on March 19 at 9:07 AM to confirm my appointment and even asked to be placed on the waitlist. Then, on the day of my appointment (today), they called me at 9:26 AM while I was at work (I work graveyard shifts, so I wasn't able to answer). As soon as I got off work and checked my phone, I saw a message saying my appointment had been canceled as a "no-show." That makes no sense considering I had already confirmed via phone on March 19th. This isn't the first issue either. There have been multiple times they rescheduled or canceled my appointments due to their own mistakes like booking another client named Jazmin as well under my appointment time and I've shown up only to be told I had no appointment at all. It's incredibly frustrating and shows a clear lack of internal communication and organization. At this point, it feels like they're quick to cancel on clients but don't hold themselves accountable for their own scheduling errors. If you're considering becoming a client, just be aware that their scheduling system is unreliable, and even if you confirm your appointment, it may still be canceled unexpectedly. Today I had my very first Russian pedicure and I absolutely recommend Prive for a pedicure with Lisa to exact. This is not your typical pedicure but the outcome is crazy, my toes were giving foot model lmao. The way they clean your cuticles and buff your heels is 10/10. My feet are sooooooooo incredibly soft although I had pretty soft feet already but they definitely needed this. I am so happy with the results and while the price tag is a little hefty it is worth it as you'll never get this quality pedicure at a regular nail salon.
