I have interacted with her now 8 times at least over a 3 year period. She is vile. I was also not aware of the 10 day notice for move out and that I would be charged for a whole month moving out on the 3rd day of the month otherwise I would have moved out on the first. I wouldn't use them again. I prefer kind people who provide a clear understanding of the information needed without the attitude. I feel ripped off. Take your business elsewhere.

It went to 300 dollars a month for about a year with no other options given. We used a tiny space of the unit but that didn't matter to them. They didn't negotiate any other options, toys remained in the until maybe worth 300 when we were charged 300 for a year month after month. I would never give them business or recommend business again. What started out as a compassionate business quickly gave us the cold shoulder. Just sad.

They are very affordable and I would recommend and use again. We had a 10X10 and were able to fit a Tree Frog play set and lots more house hold items inside.
