I went on Yelp and looked for another dentist who had good reviews and found True Smiles. What a difference it was! Dr. Cao is awesome. He's very friendly, as are his staff. On my initial visit, I asked him about my "cracked" crown, and he said there was nothing wrong with it. Dr. Cao has never recommended any work done on my teeth that I didn't need. I appreciate his honesty. At one point, his staff even told me I had a refund coming because they overcharged my credit card during a previous visit. What dental office does that? I was ready to take my child out in mid procedure....what pisses me off more is that he numbed his teeth again at the end of procedure which makes no freaking sense.
