Septic alarm was going off and after several attempts finally got someone to come out. He drained the tank (so he said) and said there's a problem with the pump and they'd be sending someone out to look at it. After 24 hours the tank was full again and alarm was going off - 24 hours? I have a hard time believing a 1500 gallon tank would fill in 24 hours so essentially they charged me $505 for a service they didn't provide I believed. After a few days of trying to reach someone I finally was put in touch with the gentleman who runs the place. He said he didn't know anything about my house or situation despite him being the one who's in charge. I explained what his employee said and he said he'd figure it out and call me right back. All while my alarm continues to go off and seep sewage into my yard. I'm now a month+ past this and I'm still waiting for that call back. I called another company and while completing the job Hines was supposed to they confirmed the tank had only been partially drained, just enough to access the pump and floats.
