After calling several places, speaking with numerous people, getting quotes, availability, and options for a solution, I thankfully came across Anna Prescott at MDM Septic. She was a breath of fresh air (amidst a smelly situation). From the moment Anna answered the phone I was met with courtesy, professionalism, respect, & empathy towards the issue we were having with our septic. She answered every question I had and scheduled an appointment for us the same week. I was anticipating one worker & one truck sometime between 8-10am. As a heartwarming surprise, there were 4 workers, including Brian Daniels (Project Supervisor) there before 8am and the job was done in under an hour. There is a cost associated with any service so an investment of some kind is to be expected. They aren't gonna pump your crap for free- nor should they! The price they offer is reasonable & BETTER than many other companies in the surrounding areas, yet the level of professionalism and value this team provides is unparalleled in the industry. From start to finish Anna & Brian are ready & willing to make sure the "crappy" jobs are handled & handled with the utmost care. I cannot thank or recommend this sister/brother team enough. We've lived in a house with a septic for 5 years and have used a few different companies to pump our tank depending on their availability. We used this company a month ago to empty our tank and their employee did not put the cap back on after pumping. We usually need to pump our tank once or twice a year. It's been a month and it's already full again because the cap was left off and rainwater and leaves have filled it back up. We discovered all of this on Christmas Eve and I called and left a message. We left our house to stay with family so we could shower and go to the bathroom and decided to call them again the day after Christmas so they could enjoy time with their family. We called today to have them come out and fix their mistake and the women who owns the company was incredibly rude. She has refused to waive the fee for the pumping, claims that the amount of rain we've had this past month is the cause including that my system is older and the drain fields are inefficient. Except this isn't the most rain we've ever gotten (anyone remember hurricane Matthew?), my drain fields have never caused our tank to fill up in less than a month, and the age of the system doesn't matter if the system still works. It was absolutely because of their carelessness and now my family gets to pay an exorbitant fee for their mistake. I will never use this company again and I will make sure to let everyone know that they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. Buyer beware. This is not a reflection on the tech but on the company and how they handle mistakes. After we called CS Hines, there was a clog in the pipe because the cap was left off.

Is very nice when he needs the job but after that is a completely DIFFERENT person. Take my advise and avoid him! 2. Follow up service is very poor. Job left unfinished. Left pipes sticking out of the ground all over the place. Created a outdoor ( ugly faucet ) in the middle of the walkway. Garage inlet to the water tank was leaking and flooded the whole garage. Irrigation heads were running all over the place. Irrigation heads were broken and he would not come in to repair them. Said he has not time to meet or repair anything ( he is too busy) .
