About a day later I received a call back and it was this company. He was able to schedule an appointment in 2 days at a very reasonable price. What's great about his service is that it's fully turn-key. I handed him the letter from Chesapeake and from there he does everything. He fills it out, submits it to the city and I'm all good to go.
