Absolute professionals and incredibly friendly. I had an issue with my well system resulting in my pressure tank not pressurizing. In the end I ended up needing a completely new system but not before Matt and Joe spent hours making every effort to fix the issue rather than just pressing me for the quick and easy fix. Our well pump stopped working in the late afternoon. I asked some neighbors who I should call. Christian & Pugh was suggested by more than one. My first contact was with Kate. She was very concerned about us not having water. She said she would contact Matt and get back to me as soon as possible. True to her word, I heard back within an hour. And, Matt and Tim were on the job within an hour after that. Very knowledgeable and skilled. All repairs were completed and we had water by early evening. The price was reasonable and only necessary work was preformed. This company's idea of customer service is "old school" and very rare....I hope I never need their services again!!...But if I do...
