Hired this company multiple times. First was a couple years ago, I had them come in to clean my…read morecouch because I have 6 dogs and watch dogs for a living so, it gets stinky in here. They took the smell out of my couches SO EASILY. Even with the fact that the couches were completely different materials and they removed stains as well!! We then hired them for mold services. First, they removed the mold from a wall in our back room, I started breathing easier immediately following the removal. They then removed mold from our living room and it turned out to be less than we thought!! Only thing I don't like with the company is they don't put plastic over insulation after the wall is cut out. I had a lot of insulation falling onto my floor after the work was done. But I just taped trash bags over it :). Thanks for all the hard work you and your team put in. I can comfortably live in my own home now after a 3 year battle of health issues from mold :)

Overall, very satisfied with AIRESERV and my technician Michael Scanlon…read more Issue: Realized 2/5 Bedrooms barely got any airflow. Called this business and scheduled an appointment. Michael arrived, did troubleshooting, and gave me a recommendation as well as the quote. 2 weeks later, I was ready and scheduled the repair for Michael to come out and fix it. I was skeptical at first as this was my first time dealing with HVAC, but wow! Michael was able to even out the airflow to all bedrooms, while living room downstairs was still pumping out cold air. Solution: Simply reducing downstairs ducting from a 14" to 12". Extremely satisfied with his work and if I have any issues, I'll call them again. For anyone with HVAC concerns, stop right here and reach out to AIRESERV - they'll take care of it.

I had the pleasure of working with Stephen B. who is an absolute gem. He's got a really great spirit and attitude and knows a lot. He was respectful of my home and time and I truly enjoyed his presence and great job he did with the repairs. I also appreciate that he takes good notes, photos and videos. All of which are important when selling a home. I also want to mention Tiffany at the office, she has been amazing throughout the years and such a pleasure to speak with. She follows up and goes above beyond without being asked. She is one of the main reasons I'm a repeat customer. I enjoy calling here bc I know there's a good chance I'll get Tiffany on the line and I know she will always be kind. I have only had one experience dealing with this company. I was not impressed, and that's putting…read moreit mildly! The person I initially spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. He did not like my demeanor either. He called the (contractor) company working on my house like they were supposed to check me. I'm a grown woman. I don't get checked! The company contacted them to go to my house because my brand new air conditioner they installed wasn't working. They didn't interact with me until they were headed to my house. The tech I communicated with was very professional. He never communicated to me what the issue was, or if there would be a change. We could only communicate by texting because he couldn't make or recieve calls. I didnt send him to my house or authorize any work. I don't even know what was done. When the work was completed, they sent me an invoice! Guess what? They can get it from whoever authorized the work. I'm not paying them anything. They couldn't seem to communicate with me during this process, so they can keep it like that. I was going to call their customer service department, except they don't have one. I guess that's why they have the employees they have.Seems as though good customer service in the service industry (hvac, plumbing. cabinetry, and electrical) has gone to hell in a basket. There's your review. I hope you like it!

15/10 Recommend! If…read moreI could give more stars, I would. Leo and his team at AIRTEK are absolute rockstars. They completely redid my crawl space AC ducting, removing my critter-shredded flex duct and replacing it with pristine, sturdy hard-duct--all in just a day and a half.... during a snowstorm! Thanks to their incredible work, my family's heat was restored, and we didn't have to suffer in freezing temperatures. From start to finish, AIRTEK was fast, professional, and incredibly thorough. Leo, the CEO himself, came out to assess the situation and ensure his team could do the most complete job possible and at the best price. They scheduled the work quickly, and from my first phone call to job completion, the entire process took only 2 business days. Not only are these guys skilled and efficient, but they're also genuinely great people--friendly, kind, and even having fun while working in below 25-degree weather under my house. Complete dedication. I will call AIRTEK without hesitation for any future HVAC needs (though thanks to their solid work, I wont need to anytime soon). If you're looking for top-tier, complete, reliable service, call these guys. I'm honestly shocked this is their first Yelp review because they're highly rated and well-established on Google. Five stars aren't enough--AIRTEK deserves a Super Bowl ad.

He, with integrity, worked with me on finding the most affordable and effective solution for my house. 4. In order to hold us over during the new install, he provided mini-portable units that we placed downstairs. Mike, himself, personally brought them to our door on a weekday after 9PM. 5. The technicians are all very knowledgable. In the past, I have had young technicians come over my house that didn't really know much. That is definitely not true for these guys. 6. They moved my thermostat upstairs to a place that is more suited for the structure of the house (under return in hallway as opposed to two (2) thermostats: 1 in master bedroom, in which there is no air handler, and the FROG). 7. They spent a good amount of time adapting my new air handler with existing duct work. I will definitely make Mike my "go-to AC guy" from now on.
