I've used Craig ever since I got the system. His team is thorough, knowledgeable, and most of all courteous. Easy to contact and troubleshoot with, and will explain everything that they are doing and why. read more
I contacted RK for maintenance on my septic system. He was on time and gave me a good tutorial on how our system works. They are reasonably priced and extremely responsive. Overall a great company to work with and I highly recommend them. He really knows his stuff and explained to me in detail how my system works. Very glad I found this company to service my septic system. read more
Horrible place to work the owner and his wife are very disrespectful to the employees. Had to go to the doctors and got tested for covid when I reached out I didn't even get a response back and when my test results came back negative I returned to work and all he cared about was a doctors note, so I gave him my covid test doctors note that states I was tested and needed to wait till I got my results and that wasn't enough. Was fired the next day for "not winding the water hose up properly" ridiculous was told there were 5 guys that came before me in a 6 month span all quite or were let go. Was constantly yelled at for asking questions and just in general yelled at. Very unprofessional and fake highly recommend going somewhere else. read more
