I then contacted the management company that leases the office to them and they told me that their hours are really sporadic at best and they have had trouble with this company recently. Find any other company to do your printing, I fear I will have to file a small claims suit to get my money back.

They also let me throw the airplanes in the shop to see if it would fly properly before printing the rest out haha. Overall, great experience. Oh for my wedding booklet it cost me total $1.20 to print (I brought my own papers). I replicated a vow booklet I saw online for $40. To print 75 airplanes = $11.25 (brought my own papers. On Etsy they're selling pre-folded wedding airplanes for $1 each. Super happy I get to save some money through my DIYs and I'm grateful this shop is not too far away from me
