While the website can be a bit confusing to navigate, knowing what I know now, I recommend giving Angelo a call or coming into the office. To my surprise, Jesse at the front counter told me I was being rude. I'm genuinely unsure how it came across that way, as I remained calm throughout, didn't raise my voice, and wasn't upset--just asking a lot of questions, attempting to find a solution. Monday, I am in a different city in a meeting with the planning team ad I unroll the floor plan copies and they are cut off! There was plenty of room on the page for the whole plan to be there but the person who copied cut them off. My bad for not unrolling them at the counter and trusting they were done correctly. So, I had the original drawing and was forced to leave that with the team. Upon return to Austin, I took the plans back to the store for credit. The counter person never once apologized for the mistake. She looked up the order - I had my receipt, the work order and my handwritten instructions with me for the return. She said sorry, it is locked, I can't return it. I said, well can you at least give me a gift card? She tried and said I can't give you one it's locked and she turns the computer screen to me to show me, she said I can't credit your card, I can't give you a gift card and I can't give you cash back- I said, "Well, I'm sorry to inconvenience you, but you greatly inconvenienced me at my meeting and I want my money back." She said, I didn't make these copies, I didn't do anything. I'll give you a number you can call. I said, Can I speak to the manager? She said, Rudely, "I am the Manager and I'm the only one on duty". At this point we are at the main counter and she is just staring at me and I said, Well, are you going to give me the number? She said, I'm getting to it. She told me I was rude to her, I asked well tell me how I was rude to you? She said, because you said I did this, I didn't do anything to you. I said, "Wow you sure could use some customer service training," the You I was referring to can mean "Office Depot" and not you personally, don't take it personally! To which she raised her voice made a face at me and rudely said, "I've been working here five years!" An apology would have been nice, you know. I'm going to try the number she gave me. Had to give one star but wouldn't give any if that was an option.

I've had him to staff shirts, pup tanks, and workout gear for myself and the design and print work is always spot on. He even went out of his way to find out a different technique to print on compression gear, which need to withstand lots of stretching. I wear this stuff to obstacle course races and tough workouts and they hold up amazingly well. I highly recommend using this shop for all your needs.
