It makes shipping anything so convenient and easy. I am especially thankful for their going above and beyond to help this mom out. I needed to get a package out but my baby had fallen asleep in the car and as other parents know, you do all you can to let them sleep! But i couldn't leave him in the car obviously so I had no way of going inside. I was parked right outside the store and called to explain the situation. Without hesitation, the young woman came right out to get my package. Seriously so kind and made my day--it really means a lot to this young mom to have people help with kindness and not disdain. And the sweet angel is still sleeping as I type this!

Westlake Mail is a great alternative to receiving mail at home or dealing with the USPS. I like the…read morefriendly staff and that it's owned locally. As a small business owner who doesn't need a brick and mortar office, this provides the perfect solution for giving my business a commercial mailing and dropoff/pickup address in a great location. All without me having to pay for my own office space or staff. I do in fact own two office spaces but rent them to others because Westlake Mail makes better sense for my particular business. It's also very convenient that they can sign for me when packages or notices arrive, then alert me that I something waiting. But even if I didn't own a business, as a parent with a child in college, it also provides a super easy and friendly place to send things to my daughter when needed. Even if you only need to ship or send things once or twice a year, using WM is much better than standing in line at the post office, waiting for the next soulless drone to provide you horrible service. And you can know you're supporting a local small business owner.
