A couple years ago we called Paul due to signs of leaking in a closet ceiling in an older house we…read morebought. He did a good job explaining our metal roof system and how to properly maintain it. We ended up doing repairs to fasteners and boots around Vents. Fast forward and today Paul came to look at a very strange issue we have on the back porch, and are trying to determine the source. He gave us thoughts based on his experience, some next steps, and a referral for another trade to help us investigate. If it turns out to be a roofing issue we will definitely call Paul back out. All interactions have been timely, thorough and positive.

I hired NXT Construction to remodel my duplex in Copperas Cove, and the entire experience was…read moreextremely disappointing. From the beginning, I was told certain items were included in the project, but later almost everything became a "change order" or an upcharge. They're cheap. They used left over materials for my condo renovation. Even simple requests suddenly became "too expensive," which made the process feel misleading and inconsistent. The quality of the work does not reflect the money I paid. The job was definitely rushed, many important details were left incomplete, and the results did not match what was promised. Concerns I raised--such as mold issues and specific finish requests like quartz countertops--were dismissed or avoided, and nothing was handled with the level of professionalism I expected. To make matters worse, one of my front screen doors went missing during the project and was never addressed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I feel the work performed did not justify the cost, their communication was unreliable, and their business practices lacked integrity. I strongly encourage others to choose a different contractor. Save your money.

We recently needed to have our entire roof replaced due to hail damage. I met with several…read morecompanies to receive quotes and decided to go with Duration. I found that most companies were comparable in what they offered so, it came down to communication and responsiveness for me. The owner, Darryn, was our contact person throughout the whole project and walked us through each stage personally. On the day our old shingles were being removed, he went and talked to all our neighbors assuring them that any debris that fell into their area would be taken care of. I thought this was a great personal touch. The job was completed in a professional manner and in the time that it was promised. I am most pleased with the quality and service that was received from Duration Roofing. Tip: make sure the roofing company is willing to remove all the felt and inspect the roof at the base level. This also made Duration stand out as several companies proposed to just lay new felt over the old.

From the start, the owner Darryn was incredibly helpful, professional, and transparent--offering a very competitive price without sacrificing quality. What really impressed me was his integrity: when he discovered some damaged panels that weren't part of the original estimate, he replaced them without hesitation and without extra charges. I was also very impressed that his crew completed the entire roofing job--on a 3,000 square foot home--in just a day and a half! Efficient, respectful, and skilled from start to finish. Darryn runs his business with care and craftsmanship, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again. Highly recommend Duration Roofing to anyone looking for reliable, top-tier service.
