( fussy, I know, but I love the scorched taste of those peppers that's irreplaceable). I explained this to Wendy, the kind woman who's probably the owner bc 2 kids were hanging out occupying themselves, and she said no problem. Wife's chicken with veggies ( but hold the mushrooms) was reported to be excellent: unbreaded chicken, al dente vegetables. " best she's ever had". Brown rice was available, no problem, tasted great, no upcharge. My Gen Tso was also very good, plenty of broccoli but also pineapple, new one to me but was nice to balance the heat.
