They charge 29.67 for a whole meatball sandwich. Which is 24" and they stiffed me on a meatball. Not only that I was so not impressed with this sandwich. How do you mess up a meatball sandwich? It's not fair to charge people that much and then not give them what they pay for. I will not be back to primos. Picture below shows one of the 3 cuts I got. I went to Primohoagies yesterday with my grandmother and aunt and when we ordered the cheese deluxe hoagies, meatball sandwich, tuna sandwiches Philly cheesesteak there was no lettuce put on their sandwich just tomatoes what kind of sandwich is that? We got some Primo sandwiches and I was happy with my classic turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato, and mayo sub. The turkey was tasty, the vegetables were fresh, and sesame seeded bread was crusty and good. The others in my order were less satisfied as they received ham instead of turkey on their specialty sub, but they were still happy with their sandwiches despite the mixup. Walking in the facility and up to the counter I feel like Norm from cheers... Everybody knows my name! Mike and Maria along with their staff do a phenomenal job. In this place almost once a week and never have a bad experience. Everyone is polite and they go above and beyond with customer service. Most times I can't finish my sandwich there so they wrap it and send me home with an extra side of banana peppers. On days that I do a take out, I place my order and it's ready in no time. I have to start this review by saying I normally love Primos, been to several in PA and NJ. But today was such a horrible experience I will never go back to Chalfont. I wish I could give them negative stars. I ordered 2 hoagies online. Earlier in the day I had received a text as I am a reward member to save $1.00 on each hoagie ordered today. Once online there was not an option for the $1.00 off, only offers for Street Rd Primos. Since I was clearly ordering from the Chalfont location it was odd to have only those options. When we went to pick up the order I gave my name and order number several times before some dirty looking man came out and I tried to explain about the option not being online for the savings and he immediately began yelling that it was my fault and I "didn't push the button". I could not get a word in as he was yelling that it was my fault. He went back in the store, came out with my order and $2 and threw them at me while running his mouth the whole time. Literally threw them at me. Seriously, did this guy just throw my order at me? Yup, he did. There are so many places to spend my money, especially in theses crazy times that I will never give another penny to this location. read more

Unfortunately this location is ruining the Primo brand by providing worse sandwiches than all their other locations in PA, and I've eaten at 5 of them. Here you seem to get less ingredients, less consistency, and worst of all, worse rolls. The real Primo rolls are uniquely crusty and chewy, so much so that your jaw will ache if you go through a Primo size sandwich in one sitting. Not here, here they're always soft like the boring Amoroso rolls you can get from 57 other places within 10 miles. Oh, and don't try to stop by anywhere near closing time, as they don't keep their posted hours. read more

Been to a few Primos before, this one is much bigger than the one in Doylestown and Lansdale. Bigger eat in area and selection of sides. This weekend ordered 2 sandwiches told 25 minute wait as they were slammed...came in 20 minutes, no one in the place, no other orders waiting, 3 employees just stand around AND when I got home order was wrong. When I went back got attitude instead of apology from young tall women working counter (owners not working on Saturday). New location. Nice Italian hoagie. Great roll, quality meats, very tasty. The quantity of meats is somewhat skimpy and they really go light on lettuce/tomato/onions. This where there is a problem. I like EXTRA onions. First time I order Italian with EXTRA onions there was NO onions. Second time I order EXTRA onions, there are a few strands of onions. Third and last time I say I want EXTRA EXTRA onions when ordering. My wife picked up the hoagies and they assured her the hoagie marked XXO indeed had extra onions. I open it up....WTF no onions!!! No lie! The sandwich is quite tasty, but I like a lotta of onions. Well my initial review of Primo's Hoagies was extremely favorable I find that they now deserve really just one star because they offer absolutely no vegan options whatsoever and in this day and age, it's a deal killer. I always get to Nonna's eggplant sandwich without cheese add some extra veggies and put some of that balsamic vinegar and is it amazing. The people here are so incredibly nice and efficient and super patient. Well I was waiting on my order there was a Mother with three children and she's on the phone with her husband she's trying to order and she was absolutely frazzled. The cashier totally kept her cool totally kept the mom focused got that order in and it was a hell of an order I must say it was very impressive to watch. I will say that they have an amazing website that is super easy to order from and when you order from that website and you give a time you can walk right in and your food is already done and ready for you to pick up. It's an amazingly good hoagie if you get that Primo on that roll man is it delicious. They have an amazing parking lot there so parking is never problem and it's really a quaint little shopping center so even if you were to put a sizable order in there is plenty of other things you could walk out and grab and come back and have your stuff ready as matter fact there was a gentleman who had done just that. So far I've been there 3 times all three times no negative experience and the online ordering makes it that much easier. I'm not a meat eater so I really can't speak to the quality of that although I have picked up Hoagies for coworkers and they absolutely love them so apparently it's pretty good lunch meat. And again when you have people who are just super kind and nice and appreciative their customers and say thank you, that counts because there are so many places that will just throw your bag at you and don't even look you in the eye. You won't find that here. The cashier was super sweet the gentleman that handed me my food was like thank you very much you have a great day and you know what I did so kudos to you guys for just doing a great job and I will be back many many times I'm sure my waistline will not appreciate that but tastebuds will.
