    Portobello Mushroom Ravioli

Returned to a resultant I haven't been to in many, many years and will NOT be returning soon. There isn't a specific reason I hadn't been in years (honestly just forget about it) and their New Years Eve menu sounded really good so we gave it a try. The service was okay but not great. Our waitress was very friendly but missed multiple things during the meal, forgotten soup, drinks, etc. I went with my boyfriend and we both liked our appetizers, lobster bisque and crab stuffed mushrooms. Honestly the lobster bisque was the best part of the meal and easily a 4.5/5. I tried their drink special, a grapefruit rose sangria that was really just a terrible mimosa. There was no distinct flavor and tasted like a college, cocktail mixing mistake. For our meal I tried the portobello ravioli. The wine butter sauce was straight butter and was very heavy on the pasta, the spinach was stirred in raw rather than being cooked, and the ravioli was complete mush in the center and hard around the crimping. My boyfriend had the king prime rib. He was happy with the cut but not at all with the flavor, very bland. His brussel sprouts with cream sauce had no cream and his skillet potatoes were undercooked. Tried to round the meal off with a dessert and the bread pudding came out looking like stuffing and was chock full of undercooked apples. Disappointing holiday date night.

Good for Minot. High prices. Staff isn't very service oriented or friendly but all in all good food for the options available in Minot. Had the Bourbon Street Pasta, it was good except for the "Blackened" Chicken. I'm not sure they really know what "blackened" means. But the Sausage, Pasta and Sauce were really good. The Husband had the Hunter's Ribeye which he said was really good and flavored well. Although, it's $25 and it's VERY small, like 10 or maybe even 8 oz. He said it was good enough to order again if it wasn't for the price. If it were 16-18 oz. he said it would be totally worth the $25 price tag and worthy of ordering again. The kids Burger Slider Meal my son ordered was what you'd expect. Little frozen style patties.

We have been coming here for the past two years and this place has gotten better and better. They recently remodeled and now it matches the awesome view of the city. It's a hidden gem! Really good steaks and pasta. Staff has been occomodating and helpful. They have a good wine selection too! We've called ahead to reserve the tables at the windows for dinner. The view is amazing. This is a great place for date night! I love the changes they've made and how friendly the staff is. A year and a half ago I wouldn't of given this place 5 stars but they have really stepped up! The bread and dipping oil that come with dinner is great! And if you like something spicy their bourbon street pasta dish is amazing! And you can ask for 'extra' spicy if you like :) ENJOY!!!

The food was excellent. Had pasta, salads and dessert (with rum sauce - yummy). It was great and could not be any better!

Oddly, i've never been to this chain until this evening…read more The decor was very nice. Kind of a step up from Texas roadhouse, which is kind of honky-tonk - fine in its own way, but can be really loud. Longhorn is definitely not that, it was quiet and classy. It was a nice place to have dinner. I had the 9 ounce renegade sirloin steak with steamed broccoli and Caesar salad. Pretty basic, but the steak was cooked perfectly for me. I like medium well and it was exactly that just a hint of pink. The taste was really good and the steak was tender. The broccoli was nice and crunchy. The Caesar salad was OK. It wasn't great - a little heavy on the croutons versus salad, but it was OK. The warm loaf of wheat bread was really yummy with melted butter. I liked that a lot. The only downside was I wanted to try the French onion soup: I ordered it but I never received it. I was never charged for it either so it wasn't that big a deal. And I certainly could live without it, but I did want to try it because it is my favorite soup and I tend to try it everywhere I can get it. Granted, my server did make that mistake, but otherwise she was delightful. Really pleasant, professional, checked on me without being overbearing. Kept bringing me more club soda without having to ask for it. So she checked all my boxes. The next time in my travels when I would like a steak and not pay through the schnoz, will look for this chain.

THEY AUTOMATICALLY ADD 15% TIP TO YOUR TAB IF YOU HAVE A PARTY OF 6 OR MORE…read more 11/6/25. Food was alright compared to real Asian restaurants. Service was terrible. I had to send my water glass back because the outside was smudged with stuck food. I checked my girlfriend's glass and it was smudged too and said she didn't do that. She said damn so my glass is contaminated and she didn't drink from it from them on. As we got our tabs, someone from the group noticed the gratuity charge so I asked about it. I spoke to the manager stating that we hadn't paid yet and didn't add that. He said it's automatic. I told him we only chose 5 items on the menu, gratuity wasn't on the menu, we didn't choose that. He said for a party of 6 or more it's automatic because some parties leave without tipping the server. I said we had separate tabs, 3 different total, our tab was three people. And he said it doesn't matter you were at the same table. I said we don't want to tip, we weren't going to tip anyway. My water glass was dirty and I had to send it back and the server will tell you that. Someone from our table wanted to order a soup and I gave them mine because the server never showed back up. Our food came out when a few people were halfway done and the restaurant was DEAD. He says but servers only make $10 an hour and it's not fair. I agree it's low but the tip is my choice take it off... he kept saying "but how much are you going to tip the server". I told him I've never seen that charge in any restaurant. He says "every restaurant does it, even Longhorns (as if it makes it any better)" and "we been doing this a long time". He wouldn't agree to take it off and time was dragging on so we left. Ending thoughts: it's like adding a portion of the electricity bill and saying "but we have to keep the restaurant running". Their wage has nothing to do with our tip. You shouldn't push a tip on us without our consent. No hospitality. They had a salad bar and someone mentioned it was all you can eat. That's something he could've said "btw we have a salad bar please help yourselves". He didn't even ask how our food was! He took the order, dropped food off then dropped off tab. Gratuity is for the service the server gives. It's voluntary. It's not a decision for the restaurant to make for you. They should pay them more if that's the case and TRAIN THEM BETTER. I even stacked our plates neatly when we were done as I was a server before. They assume every big party is messy and will tax you for it with 15% tip. Also, nice fake 5 star reviews
