Best Breakfast Burrito I have had in the AV. It's huge. Nice mix of Egg, Cheese, Meat and Potatoes. I like the Bacon Burrito. After Covid you don't get your own salsa. I liked when they had the Salsa bar, but without it not enough me to say it was bad. I wish they gave more salsa with to go orders, ask for extra. I have had many different dishes; the crispy chicken salad, club sandwich, wings (ask for crispy). I really want to love the zucchini, it's nice and large, but it's a weird cornstarch batter. The ranch is great. The fries; eat in are good, take out they get soggy very fast. Call in your order, it's fast and easy. Overall my favorite BB in the AV. read more

I left a review several years ago about watching the owner yell at waitresses for being to slow and he was not helpful. Where that review is now, who knows. I wanted to give it a second chance since some of my older friends recommend it. So let me give you an updated review! The restaurant was totally empty, less than 10 parties seated. It seemed clean but there were several flies inside. The service was wonderful, the hostess and the waitress were very kind and courteous. When I ordered, the waitress told me they were out of what I was ordering (in fact they were out of multiple items) but SOME GUY, hiding behind a little counter, decided to tell her she was wrong and they DID have what I ordered from like... A good distance away. He wasn't rude, and I appreciated that I got what I originally wanted, but as a customer I thought it was extremely inefficient and rude. Get off your butt and politely let the waitress know. Then.... The bathroom. I told my waitress about it but I couldn't not tell future customers the lack of ownership the owner has. There was menstrual blood running down the entire toilet. Yep. The built in soap dispenser was completely caked over so instead they offered a bottle of soap wrapped in duct tape barely labeled "Soap" in black marker. There's flooring missing in the bathroom, maybe some water damage due to it being around the drain, but it is definitely a liability issue since there's little sharp pebbles in said little hole. When I told my waitress about the disgusting bathroom, she said 'oh, is it the smell?' Umm.... nooooooooo but I'm glad you knew of something and didn't do anything about it. I do not know how this place is still in business. They obviously DO NOT CARE and have no pride or integrity in what they own. I will not give another chance and will actively make sure my friends and family don't go there. Ps: the food was not great. read more

Restaurant is filthy. Restrooms smell like an outhouse. Servers are friendly but very inefficient. Food is awful and usually poorly presented and served cold. Flatware is carried in server pockets wrapped in securely in paper napkins. Often have to ask for flatware. Menus are not picked up. Sooo... this is my husband's and I first time eating here, and it was an ok experience. First off, our server was rude, and inefficient. He didn't really want to come to the table, he asked to take our order, and as my husband is speaking, he starts talking and having a conversation with another table while standing in front of ours. He kept insisting to take our drink orders, when we were ready to place our food order... just all around poor customer service from Norlan (our server). As far as the food goes... the pancakes were great. We ordered, chicken fried steak and eggs, and a bacon breakfast burrito. My burrito was cold, as you'll be able to tell because the cheese didn't melt. The bacon was overcooked, my husband's hashbrowns came out cold. So yeah, the pancakes were the best item. It's a shame. We have been going there for a couple of years. It has deteriorated awfully. The restrooms are very stinky and sometimes the stink drifts to dining area. The round tables have drop leaves and the creases are filthy. The food isn't as good as it used to be. The napkin holders on the tables are crusted dirty. read more

Went to eat before the movie, both my wife and I do not drink. So we do not sit in the bars, asked if we could get the happy hour appetizer price and was told I had to by a drink. I believe our waitress name was Zoe as that's what is says on the receipt. Her service was horrible and i felt like it has to do with us being hispanic everyone else she checked on multiple times were white. There was a family behind us and she passed us 6 times before we got her attention to ask if she would be helping us after sitting for 10 mins with no communication. Now there was another hispanic family that was there was getting helped by the other waitress (who by the way was helpful to us the minute we got there) that was there which makes it seem like Zoe was using the race as an excuse not to attend to us. She had checked on us ONCE without us getting her attention. Then she left our refill sitting at the station while she went to help others and go into the back for 5 mins and we had to go grab it ourselves which is no problem but it's ridiculous to leave a drink sitting unattended especially just for a refill. Not once did she even apologize for leaving anything there and not paying attention to our questions. We asked for extra condiments, boxes and it was like she wasn't listening to anything we had to say. It was very uncomfortable to be served by her and ridiculous to be getting service for being hispanic. Another family had came in towards us leaving and there were also white and she jumped to them without question so it's hard to believe that race didn't place a factor in her service. This has been the worst service we have ever received from here. I do not recommend here and if so, ask for a different server if you end up with Zoe. read more

First time visiting this restaurant. You order at the window, then find a table. They give you a table number and bring the food out to you. We ordered the sampler appetizer plate to start with. The onion rings were a bit over- done, but everything else on the plate was awesome. I was going to fight my son for the last chicken strip! My son ordered the bacon cheeseburger, and said it was very good. A huge amount of fries (which were delicious!) came with it. A note about pastrami sandwiches - they have an "LA Pastrami Melt on Sourdough," which I ordered -- and an "LA Pastrami on French Roll," which is what I got! My bad for not checking my receipt to make sure they rung up the correct sandwich. It was very good, but I really wanted to try the melt. Next time, I guess! Facility was clean. Staff checked on us to see if there was anything we needed. I'll be stopping here again, the next time I'm in Lancaster! read more

I stopped by for a breakfast burrito and I was disappointed. The service was friendly and fast and the food was fr shot made. But that's the only reason I gave them two stars. Unfortunately, the flavor is lacking and the burrito is missing a mix of the ingredients. The burrito was full of eggs, hash brown, salsa and meat. However, when I took a bite, all I tasted and saw was hash brown until half way through the burrito...then the eggs and lastly was the meat. My kids and I have been fans for years, but it's slowly gone downhill. We went last Saturday brunch for my birthday and I left with food poisoning. I had chili with a side of sour cream, so I am not sure if it was the Luke warm chili or the sour cream that seemed crumbly and not creamy. I'm thankful my kids both ordered breakfast and had no problem. But I walked away with horrible stabbing pains and diarrhea for four days. Happy birthday to me! You guys suck, your food sucks, and someone should shut you down just for the state of your bathroom: your open drainage stinks up the bathroom so bad, and the poop smeared on the walls did it in for me. read more

Change your hours on your listing! We called just to be sure and you guys close at 8:30. We asked if we could arrive at 8:10 and still eat and was told yes! We drove over and the doors were locked in our face! If you didn't want our business you could have saved us a trip and just said no over the phone! Every server is so nice and attentive, but I have to say my "go to girl" is Jessica. I'm always so happy to see her when I walk in to eat at Primo Cafe. From the 1st time my husband and I ate there - she knew us by name and what we liked to drink - so as soon as we sat down - the drinks were on the table. Talk about being treated like a celebrity - this little touch means the world to us. And... one of the other many reasons we LOVE coming here is the extensive menu - so many items to choose from and you can't go wrong with anything you order. This is my go to place when I can not figure out where I want to go for dinner. They have a little bit of everything. My favorite is the pork chops. You can get breakfast anytime of the day and the pork chop breakfast is huge. I can not finish the whole thing and I am a big eater. They have a bar with some pretty descent prices. They also have hookah pipes with a nice range of shisha flavors. The portion sizes are big. The prices are great. The service is pretty darn good. They have a sheet with all sorts of specials.
