I setup my reservation on line 4 days prior thinking this would save me any hassle. Little did I know whether you have a reservation or not there is a possibility what vehicle you requested or location foe pickup may be changed the day of little to 1 1/2 hours prior to schedule pickup. I called back one I seen I missed a call and the quality of service did not exist. I was bounced around to different locations and national call center like a hot potato. No real empathy, compassion or "Real Customer Service". I will never use or recommend Scenic Highway Snellville location to anyone. Also the Assistant Manager at Hewatt Rd Snellville has no personality, rude and didn't check the system and read notes about my issues prior to brushing me off at my scheduled pickup time at the location I was transferred too since they didn't have the vehicle I needed at Scenic.

Nice, clean facility. We were really happy with our stay here. The staff is super friendly and…read morehelpful. You get quick responses when you email. We didn't stay long, but we were happy with the pricing, the units, and the availability of the truck for rental. We also like that you buy your own lock and keep it afterward, but it would be nice if it was a lock that could be used for other things (such as a padlock). Our only suggestions are to work on the pathways between the storage units (they are very uneven and it is difficult to navigate at times) and to have the truck serviced. The truck is in decent shape, and the price is very fair, but it is difficult to drive and could use some maintenance.

When I got married 20 years ago, I rented a storage facility for $100 a month. Over 18 years, the…read morerate went up to $120. And then Public Storage bought the facility in May of 2023. My rate went up about every 6 months. In May 2025, it went to $304. I moved out. But that isn't the nasty part...on their website, they are renting my unit for $117 a month. When I asked why they were charging me $304, I was told if I had complained, they might have lowered my rent. **If I complained!!** Otherwise, I guess it is ok to price-gouge. I have called the home office, and they refuse to compromise in any way. They also said they have the right to increase my rent. My advice: don't use Public Storage. If you already use them, complain every month so you don't get over-charged, and move out ASAP. Just a note: the onsite manager is nice, but of course, has no power or authority to help you in any way.
