I have had this storage for almost 3 years so most times I forget about it and pay 2 or 3 months at a time, however my rent has increased every 2 or 3 months since I've had it. I have asked about this and inquired and only thing Carl recommended was to change the due date. Then here comes the newbies and they say no let's put in for a rent decrease you've been here awhile and boom. I call and mentioned it to Carl because it didn't change on my account and he says it'll be another month from it was done. I then went online to pay my balance and I see there's an auction coming up Friday so I go on the site to look and here is what my things that I had professional movers, put in years ago, what it looks like and things are missing because this storage was packed down no room to even move anything. So they have ran through my things and started bidding on them before they are even up for auction.
