    I see all these reviews from recent people and I might add that they do have a few newer people…read morethat are amazing, with great customer service however Carl is the absolute worst and he does not stand behind his mistakes or the mistakes of his team, he ignores them. I have had this storage for almost 3 years so most times I forget about it and pay 2 or 3 months at a time, however my rent has increased every 2 or 3 months since I've had it. I have asked about this and inquired and only thing Carl recommended was to change the due date. Then here comes the newbies and they say no let's put in for a rent decrease you've been here awhile and boom. I call and mentioned it to Carl because it didn't change on my account and he says it'll be another month from it was done. I was upset because that's not what I was told and Carl just sat there and said nothing and then repeated the effective date. I then went online to pay my balance and I see there's an auction coming up Friday so I go on the site to look and here is what my things that I had professional movers, put in years ago, what it looks like and things are missing because this storage was packed down no room to even move anything. So they have ran through my things and started bidding on them before they are even up for auction. Look at my things, this is a disaster and one of the biggest mistakes I made leaving my things in their care. I have been crying to corporate looking at these photos for hours, this is unacceptable.... I have yet to receive a call back from corporate or the district managers which they have been telling be all week and last week, they comment under my review on their website like they care and I've attached photos and I called the number they listed and nothing happened, Don was unaware of what was even going on and he said he didn't know how to help which is what I've been hearing the past two weeks.

Our move was confirmed for Saturday at 2:00 p.m. We packed our entire home, organized our schedule, and prepared everything according to the commitment made by this company. When the scheduled time arrived, we called to confirm their arrival and were shocked to learn that our reservation was not even in their system. After spending a significant amount of time trying to resolve the issue, they apologized and rescheduled the move for Sunday at 8:30 a.m. Because we live in a townhouse community where moving is not allowed on Sundays, we had to go through the trouble of obtaining a special exception just to accommodate their mistake. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse. Sunday came, and once again they failed to show up. No movers, no solution, and no accountability. As a result, we were left with our entire home packed in boxes, unable to move, dealing with stressed and confused dogs, rearranging work commitments, and facing unnecessary emotional and logistical stress. This was not a minor inconvenience--it completely disrupted our lives for an entire weekend. What concerns us most is not just the mistake, but the complete lack of reliability. A moving company is hired because people trust them with one of the most important and stressful transitions in their lives. Failing once is bad enough. Failing twice in a row after promising to fix the situation is unacceptable. We strongly advise anyone considering this company to think carefully before booking. Verify everything repeatedly and have a backup plan, because our experience demonstrated that a confirmed reservation may not mean much. This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences we have ever had, and we would not want another family to go through the same situation.
