If I didn't not reach out a day before our move we would not know that there is NO truck available for us. We had to get a truck from U-Haul and there were only 2 guys who can function well out of 4. One guy appears to had a stroke who can barely walk and the other one is a very fat guy who move like a snail. We were even held "hostage" of our stuff that we had to pay cash before they unload our stuff. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! AVOID THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!
