Well, yesterday while I was waiting to go into the wash, a very nice guy taped up my window so I wouldn't get the inside of my truck sprayed. I was very thankful for that. They are always so friendly.

Extremely disappointing experience. 06-23-26…read more I brought my practically brand-new truck in for a wash after owning it for only two weeks. I paid for the $30 service, left a $10 tip on top of the wash price, and drove away expecting my vehicle to be treated with reasonable care. Unfortunately, after arriving home I discovered damage to a plastic component on the truck that I know was not present before my visit. To make matters worse, after driving away, I also noticed that my rear windshield had not even been properly cleaned. For a business that advertises "full service", that level of attention to detail is unacceptable. The manager offered to re-wipe the windshield but it was already too late at that point. That wasn't the reason I took extra time to drive back nor what I was looking for. It should've been done right at first once I paid, tipped and before driving off. I was not looking for compensation or trying to create an issue where none existed. My only goal was to bring the concern to their attention and encourage greater care with customers' vehicles. However, when I returned and showed the damage, my concerns were immediately dismissed. The explanation I was given was that if the damage had been caused during the wash, the roof of the truck would have been damaged as well. That reasoning simply does not hold up. The damaged area is plastic, while the roof is metal. Different materials wear and react differently under stress. In fact, the most likely explanation is that equipment such as the wash brushes or wipers was operating at excessive speed or pressure, causing contact with and damage to the plastic component without affecting the metal roof. What I found most frustrating was being asked to return and show the vehicle in person, only to have any possibility of responsibility rejected without meaningful consideration. Businesses do not earn trust by being perfect--they earn trust by taking customer concerns seriously and handling them professionally. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I wish I would've read the reviews before giving this place a try because after reading some of the recent reviews on this business, I can see i'm not the only one who has had a negative experience. Just after reading a few comments, people are reporting the same issues I had with this business. Between the damage concern, the incomplete wash, and the complete lack of accountability afterward, this was an experience I cannot recommend. This was my first visit, and it will also be my last.

They even offered a complimentary shuttle to the outlet mall so my family and I wouldn't have to sit in the waiting room. We were driving from Stockton to Long Beach--almost a 6-hour trip--and were in the final hour when our car suddenly overheated. After discovering a coolant leak, we first went to the local Kia dealership, where we were told that if we dropped it off on Thursday, they probably wouldn't even inspect it until Monday. Since we were heading back home on Saturday, that wasn't an option. Thankfully, we found Asian Auto Works. We carefully drove our car there, and what started as a stressful beginning to our vacation turned into a wonderful experience for my husband, kids, and me. The team diagnosed the problem, completed the repairs quickly, and got us safely back on the road so we could enjoy the rest of our trip. I truly can't say enough good things about them. Their honesty, professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding customer service exceeded every expectation. Highly recommend--10/10! If you're ever in the area and need an auto repair shop you can trust, this is the place to go.

I've been using LUVS Car Wash at both Simi Valley locations for several months and, overall, I've…read morebeen a loyal customer. However, I've noticed that several pieces of equipment inside the wash tunnels do not appear to be functioning properly. At the First Street location, the wheel-cleaning brushes do not move in and out as vehicles pass through, so they don't seem to be cleaning the wheels and tires effectively. There is also a vertical washing brush that remains pushed off to the right side and appears to be completely inactive during the wash cycle. This is at the Madera location... Additionally, I've observed other equipment that appears to be running but is not actually making contact with the vehicle, which raises concerns about whether customers are receiving the full service they are paying for. Can you help me understand whether these systems are intentionally disabled, awaiting repair, or functioning as designed? If equipment is out of service, it may be worth scheduling maintenance or temporarily closing affected lanes to ensure customers receive the complete wash experience promised. I appreciate the convenience of your locations and hope these concerns can be addressed. Thank you for your attention.

COSTCO GAS STATION @ SIMI VALLEY…read more I was driving up to see a friend, so my friends and I had to stop at this Costco for gas. This Costco gas station is definitely a lot smaller than some of the other Costco locations I've been to, especially compared to a lot of the ones in San Diego. There are only two pumps on each side, whereas a lot of gas stations I'm used to in San Diego have three or four pumps on each aisle. However, the line actually wasn't super long, even though we came on a Saturday afternoon, so getting gas was still pretty quick and easy! I've never really been to this area before, but I actually really liked how lively the area around Costco was. There were a lot of restaurants nearby, including a BJ's and a Mexican restaurant right next to Costco, so there are definitely plenty of options if you want to grab something to eat. Gas was around $5.50 for regular and about $5.90 for 91 when I went. Overall, I'd definitely recommend stopping at this Costco gas station if you're in the area! It's super easy to get to right off the freeway, and even though the gas station is smaller, our experience was quick and simple.

Costco is usually a pleasant experience…read more I mean how bad can it really be right? You go in, grab your stuff at a great price, pay and leave. So what makes the difference between a good and bad experience? The employees! We had the pleasure and displeasure of getting checked out by Brian and Sam. As I was placing the items on the belt, one item accidentally hit Brian's hand as it toppled onto his side and he gave me the dirtiest look ever! Like dude, relax and don't be such a dick! Sam on the other hand was so pleasant! He was playing with the kids, helped us put our stuff on the belt and was courteous and friendly the whole time. It doesn't stop there! We ordered a half and half pizza before going in, they said, "it'll be ready in 20 minutes" so we think ok, it'll be ready by the time we come out. WRONG! We finish our shopping, head to the food court, yet I'm met with another asshole with an attitude who says "it'll be ready in 20 ..." like WHAT?! So then I asked him to give me whatever is ready and then comes another dirty look acting like I'm asking him to reinvent the wheel! I've been to this Costco many times and this has been the worst experience so far! What did you guys do to your employees today, @Costco?!?
