A great big shout out to this business! We purchased a home in Bellingham but was only going to be there for the rest of that day and part of the next day. Art worked an extra long day to fit a good carpet cleaning in without sacrificing quality. He also shared some important knowledge with us. I highly recommend! read more

Very disappointed in the result of this cleaning service. I feel manipulated as Art increased his price from the original quoted price and failed to effectively clean even one room of carpet. Although he worked hard, all of the stains returned the following day, even after his assurances (verbal and written) that they were all removed. He immediately cashed my check and offered no compensation or partial refund. So, I'm out much more than expected and have literally nothing to show for it. read more

Art is very professioal at what he does. We had 5 rooms with carpet that were pretty well soiled. He was able to remove all the stains. We were very pleased with the results. I recommend him for your cleaning needs as he is also a friendy and nice person. read more

Art did an excellent job! He was detailed in his pre-inspection, priced the work fairly for what needed to be done. He took his time and applied the right cleaners to help address the issues we had to have cleaned. Thank you! read more

We contacted this company because we needed to have some really dirty carpets cleaned in a rental house we owned. The most established carpet cleaners didn't have openings for two weeks or more. Art said he could come the next day. He told me that really dirty carpets in a three bedroom house might require deep cleaning and cost up to $500. I was willing to pay that to try to save the carpets. Art came the next day and worked for 4 and 1/2 hours on the carpets. When he finished he told me he had removed all the stains and saved the carpets. He also wanted $750 at that point (over $166 per hour!!) I agreed and even tipped it up to $800 based on his statements that he had saved the carpets, and the fact that he wrote on the bill "all carpet stains removed". Five minutes after he left, my first choice company called me back and said they had a cancellation. They were shocked when I told them how much Art charged. This company also warned me that you won't know if carpets are clean and stain free until they are dry. They asked me if all the water had been sucked out of the carpets and what Prime Carpet cleaners were doing with room dryers to dry out the house. Of course Art did nothing!! He also left the carpet soaking wet. I turned up the house to 90 degrees to dry it out. Over the next three days stains appeared everywhere and we realized all of the carpet was ruined. We had to rip it all out and put in all new carpet. This service ripped us off and left our house super wet so we couldn't tell how clean the carpets were. They also only take cash or checks and refuse to refund any of your money. Beware!!! read more

We were moving out of a rental into our own house and was hoping to find a company that worked on Saturday since our inspection was Sunday. We found Prime and they fit us in on Saturday. Art waited until we had finished getting the last of the furniture out then went to work. He was there from 1 PM into the evening. He went back to several stains (white carpet) to make sure he got them all. Strong work. Thanks Art read more

Art responded quickly to emails when we inquired about his services and prices, There was no run around. He came out to our home to inspect our carpet and give us a price. He was very respectful of our home and did a quick and thorough job on our carpet and didn't raise the price on us when he finished. He is honest and kind, and we plan on hiring him again to clean our carpets. Give him a call! read more

I highly recommend Art from Prime Carpet Cleaning. He responded to my inquiry within minutes, and was able to squeeze me in the VERY NEXT DAY. Then, he didn't even "squeeze" me in, he took his time and worked very diligently and I was very impressed with the care he put into the cleaning, and especially impressed with his ability to remove the stains I was worried about. He is friendly and kind and it was a delight to have him working in our home. We will definitely be using Prime Carpet Cleaning Bellingham for all of our future needs! read more

I had my carpets cleaned two weeks ago, but my cat was very sick (vomited) on one area of my carpet. I had no idea how difficult it would be to find a carpet cleaner willing to come to my house and "spot clean" my carpet! Art was not only WILLING to do that, but he also did a fantastic job for a great price!! I would highly recommend him! read more
