I know for a fact that the carpet was clean and didn't have any pet stains, because I purchased carpet cleaner specifically for deep pet stains and had gone over the entire carpet twice, and had even checked the carpet with a UV light, not one pet stain. But, according to great floors, (the property management had used this particular company to do an inspection after I had moved out) there were a lot of pet stains and almost $1,000 was deducted from my deposit to replace the carpet. I truly believe in karma, because great floors lied!! Absolutely no way that there were ANY pet stains in the carpet at my previous apartment!!
