My 78 year old mother had her roof replaced by Adanac roofing. They were very good with the quote,…read morebreaking it down for my mother, they started the work earlier then they originally told her and had the work completed early. I went to check and make sure that everything was completed as promised and noticed that the flashing around the chimney did not look good. My husband called Kurt who took a while to return his call and told my husband that he did not get the pictures we sent. Kurt told my husband that they don't include masonary flashing in the quote even though the quote says flashing is included and does not say that masonary (chimney) flashing is excluded. My husband was then referred to the owner. The owner confirmed that the masonary flashing is not included but said they would fix it. He also mentioned that myself or my mother had referred to the house as a tear down and that my mother would likely only live in the house for another 5 years at most. We showed the pictures to another roofing company that confirmed the roof would leak the way the flashing was left. Someone came by and did some work on the roof, they did not let my mother know they were there. They came by more then once to complete the work but it still did not seem to be done as well as we felt it should be. Pictures show what we were told was a completed job before they returned and did more work.

From the initial consultation with David to the final cleanup, their team was friendly, professional, efficient, and skilled. The roofing proposal was very nicely presented. The quote contained details of the cost, the materials to be used and the warranty information, as well as Action Roofing's WorkSafe and insurance certificate, etc. They used high-quality materials and paid meticulous attention to detail, resulting in a roof that not only looks fantastic but also provides us with peace of mind. The work was completed in 1 1/2 days without any inconveniences or issues. Cleanup was thorough; not so much as a single nail left behind. We selected GAF's System Plus Roofing System, but Action Roofing went the extra mile of installing additional roof vents and upgrading materials to upgrade us to GAF's Golden Pledge Warranty at no additional cost, and registering the warranty with GAF on our behalf after the job was completed. The bill was as originally quoted, with no addition costs or other surprises. We couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend Action Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services.
