They provided locations of their other projects to visit to ensure our color choice was perfect. Evaluated existing insulation was perfect and 'saved us money'. Workers were courteous, neat and treated our house like their own. Igor and Andrew responded to every call promptly as if we were family. The crew was courteous and responsive. The result looks excellent. Went the extra mile and did a bit of preventative work as well. After the project a few unexpected things poped up but they return promptly and efficiently solved the problems. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done. Don't believe me? Call a few local contractors and see who they choose.

The wall is 40 feet high, 50 wide, the ground below uneven, muddy, and covered in the underbrush. I knew it would be expensive and ugly - the project from hell. Ideal Siding team responded quickly to my request, gave me an accurate quote and the job was done in a very reasonable timeframe. The project manager recommended replacing the siding with James Hardie Plank instead of cedar, and we negotiated what I considered an excellent price. When the wall was removed, however, it was clear, as I suspected, that there was more rot to be addressed than first thought. I knew the agreed-upon price was low, and we quickly negotiated an increased cost - still an excellent deal for the work done. These guys are open, and honest manner makes them easy to deal with. The crew was dependable and hard-working, clearly as pleased and proud of the company. From the beginning to the end, the project was efficiently and professionally negotiated and completed. Some final touch-ups took a little bit longer than anticipated (which was understandable since they are a very busy company). Still, they offered us a discount for the delay, which was very appreciated. Excellent service and friendly crew. I would highly recommend them for anyone that requires siding work. I have no hesitation in hiring them back for our future projects, and I would highly recommend Ideal Siding to anyone.

I am so grateful and delighted to have had Alpine Siding's services over recent months. My 1899…read morehome was in dire need of new siding and upstairs windows, trim, and paint. It's a fairly big home, so not a small project either! Alpine worked to complete the siding near the end of the "gentle season" in the fall and worked in wind and around rainy days to keep the home protected from weather, while efficiently installing our chosen James Hardie product and windows at the same time as they moved from side to side amidst storms. The result was beautiful, with new trim boards added for effect, and everything tidily caulked before winter set in. It looked so wonderful, we even enjoyed the prime siding color before spring came and the paint could put the final touch on the project. Alpine's crews, always kind, upbeat, and efficient, made certain we were early on their spring calendar and completed the rather complex painting job perfectly. Their cleanup crews made sure everything was neat and safe after each work session. We feel very fortunate that Alpine agreed to help us with this project. Their charges were very reasonable and we were able to add details and lower our costs with a full-payment arrangement. We know our home is fully protected from the elements with a product and application that will truly outlast us, and we receive so many compliments on its new appeal! Even 126 years old can be new again! Thank you so much to the hard-working and flexible Andrey and crew, who have given us such pride in ownership and a reliable and positive experience. It is always a joy to return home to our beauty!

In October 2017 I sent out emails requesting quotes to get a my concrete roof treated/cleaned and…read moreto get my gutters cleaned. I received a quote from Alpine Valley Property Serves and after a discussion and many guarantees that the work would be done to my satisfaction and that he put a two year warranty on all of his roofs. I had explained to him that I was a home inspector, that the quantity of the work was important and that if I was pleased with their services I would have no problem referring them to my clients as they was doing a chemical treatment, that is the preferred method for concrete roof cleaning. In the quote the fee was for the roof cleaning and treatment, the gutter cleaning was a "free service". Please note that Scott the owner never came to the property to view the roof before he submitted the quote. I found this odd as I have inspected hundreds and hundreds of concrete roofs and the moss growth can very scientifically. Due to the time of year we had issues with finding a window of opportunity to complete the work as two days of no rain were needed and living in a rain forest that can take a while. We booked a day for Nov 6th but on that morning the roof was snow covered. I figured the appointment would be cancelled. Scott showed up at 10 sharp which was impressive due to the amount of snow, but everything was frozen so it was a waste of time. We were not able to get another opportunity until Dec 4th due to weather conditions. I was in Mexico that week but Scott assured that he would get it done for me while I was away, send pictures of the job as he went and invoice me so I could pay once I returned. The evening of Dec 4th I received this email from Scott "Hey Kevin, your roof had more moss on it than any other home I have ever cleaned! And I've been doing this for three years. I literally have taken an entire truck load if moss off it. It usually takes me 3-5 hours to clean a home. I was at your place from 830 until 5 today, and I didn't finish. I'll be back in the morning for a few hours and spray it/finish one last section. My home has very large trees on the property and moss grows ramped on the roof, it had been three years sense the last cleaning but Scott did not know any of this before he submitted the quote or said how long the job would take. Anyway I was taken by the email he sent as I felt that he was not happy that my roof had a lot of moss on it, so I sent him an email saying that if he felt that he under quoted that we could discuss as I didn't want shortcuts taken. He confirmed that he would honor the quote which I was pleased with. On the evening of Dec 5th, 2017, I received an email explaining that he ran into another "snag" with the roof/gutter cleaning. He explained that when he arrived at the home everything was frozen again. He was apologetic and insured me that he would adjust his schedule to get it done asap. On Dec 8 I emailed Scott early in the morning as he had booked to do the work that day to say that everything was frozen again and perhaps he shouldn't waste his time and money coming out has it's more than an HOUR each way from his home base. Scott showed up at 11:00am to complete the job, everything was frozen but suddenly it was ok to complete the work. He spent a couple of hours doing some work then explained that it would take some time for the product to work and that the pile of debris on the north side of the roof visible from the street was to be removed once it thawed out. He insured me that he would return to complete the work. Over a month passed, during that time we had several heavy rain periods that were needed to "rinse" the roof as per Scott. About a month and a half later I called Scott to let him know that the gutters were overflowing worse than before he started the job, you could literally see leaves and sticks hanging out of the gutter from the ground. The moss on the last section that he sprayed while it was frozen was still there, didn't seem do to anything to remove the moss and that pile of debris visible from the street that was frozen the last time he was there was/is also still there. Scott explained to me that he did all that he could and that no further work was to be done. He basically brushed me off. So, to sum it up, I do not recommend Alpine Valley Property Services. I will recommend that my clients not use their services. While Scott did go out of his way to get the job done for what he quoted and I give him credit for being on time and following up during the periods of bad weather in the end if the gutters overflow and there is still moss/debris on the roof he has to get a one star Poor job and now I will need to get in a professional to complete the work.
