They started out by offering to clean the gutters, then said the shingles needed to be replaced, and then once the shingles had been removed told me that the roof and eavestroughs needed to be replaced. As mentioned by the other reviewers, the work was subcontracted out to other companies. I had the work inspected after it was supposedly completed and there were a number of issues. When I called them to come back to finish the job, they stopped answering my phone calls and emails. A 25-year warranty was also promised at the beginning and was never provided. Be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.

They left nails tools scrap metal cigarette butts all over the yard and I as a customer had to clean up for them as he couldn't come back for a week to clean up. They also broke siding and I had to argue and show him before and after pictures to prove to him it was his crew that broke it and left the broken stuff laying out in my yard. He was rude and never even apologized for his mistakes. Took a month to get what he said would be a three day job done and I will still need to replace the siding on my own as he just screwed in some metal flashing with a couple screws that will probably fall out if there is any wind.
