My trellis in my front yard broke from the weight of my roses around it. It lasted at least 10+ years. I called for an estimate from three different businesses. It wasn't the cheapest bid but it was reasonable. They were the only business that new how to fix it without creating something that I did not need. I am very pleased with what they did plus they gave me a guarantee for four months. Because this was a small job for them, I did get rescheduled more than once. This was the only negative that I had with them. I would definitely use them again for other projects that I want done in the future. They were very professional and it did not take them long to fix it. Thank you! read more

Where to start?! First off, I'm crazy, crazy late in writing about these amazing fellas. They deserve so much time in care in my review as that is exactly what they ALWAYS extended to us, in EVERY sense of the word. They are young, but not novice by any means, and the way they work so old school and by that I mean, they care about relationships, honoring their clients space and needs, their attention to detail is never half fast, always with the upmost care, and the customer service makes you feel like you're family. We actually looked forward to having these guys around. Their joy for what they do and how they connected with us, our kiddos and even our dogs is unique, and sadly that's rare these days. I'd 1,000% recommend them for anything their company can assist you with. I look forward to future projects so I can have them back, working their magic and bringing their great vibes around our home. read more

You literally cannot get better than brothers Walied and Ramzey and their team. They are perfectionists and easy to work with. They built us a custom steel door and railings for our yard. Every interaction with the team was outstanding. We are incredibly happy with their work and recommend them without hesitation. Great work and great human beings. read more

I'm so happy with my gates! I had originally just needed to replace and update my pool and driveway gate. They did such a great job that I ordered more gates and deck railings to match my new gates. Ramzey was in constant contact and kept me updated along the way. I couldn't be happier with the look and quality of my new gates; they completely transformed the look of my home. The entire team went above and beyond. I would highly recommend to alfriends read more

I love my new gate and fencing! Thank you guys so much. I just want to say that these guys are amazing! Exactly what you would want from a company. From planning, to executing and customer service it was 5 stars!! Walied was professional and extremely responsive and took care of any questions or last minute decision I had. And to add to the ease of this project that was stressing me was Ramzey and Andy. My yard was respected and cleaned up after. They were always on time and professional. And an added plus, they even helped me carry in some boxes from my car that were to heavy for me. True gentlemen. Thanks guys so much! I highly recommended them. read more

I just want to say that I am beyond impressed with this company. Not only did they install a fabulous gate but they were extremely generous and accommodating to my needs as a client. This is a very easy review because I have nothing but amazing and positive things to say about Prime Access Control. They replaced an old, falling apart and rickety gate leading to my carport with a literal work of art that is now functional and has added so much to my property value. Prime Access is a small company owned by three wonderful guys who are so responsive, so polite and so professional and respectful, it's the bar that every construction/gate company needs to start reaching for. Here's a pro tip for other companies who deal with female customers: please do not treat us like we are objects, or talk down to us, or talk to us like we are cute but dumb. We don't like that. Other companies bid on my gate job and every single one of them did one of these things in some shape or form, except for Prime Access. I felt safe, I felt respected, and I felt seen as the bad ass homeowner that I am and I truly enjoyed working with them as they created the gate of my dreams. I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they executed the gate perfectly! My new gate is also automated, providing such a fabulous convenience for me to be able to park in my carport securely and safely. They specialize in security systems as well, an extra bonus when I said I wanted an extremely secure gate system. Austin, Ramsey and Walid are the absolute best and I have lots of other projects that they will be attending to in the future. I don't have to look any further. These are my guys from now on! They also loved my cats, another bonus! I tend to support small businesses because I appreciate their work ethic and responsiveness and I definitely chose the perfect small business for this project. I text them and they answer so quickly! I mean, who does that these days??? Thank you a million times over, Prime Access! You knocked this project out of the ballpark! You're the best!!! read more

Ramzey, Wally, and Austin are the dream team! Since our first call to them and throughout the whole project, they were super responsive and offered top notch customer service. They listened to us and worked with us to bring our vision of our front yard fence to life. I reached out to Prime Access Control in January 2021 in hopes of having an existing Vinyl Driveway and Pedestrian access gate replaced with an automatic gate. My dream was a black metal frame with some high quality wood inlayed. Beyond that, I had no idea what to expect or even how to start. I initially reached out to several other companies through their websites and heard nothing back. Given that we were in the heart of the pandemic, I suppose I understand. Eventually, I found Prime Access Control on Yelp and sent them my request via their website. Walid called me the same day and was able to come out to look at my gate the next day. I was instantly pleased with the way I was treated on the phone and was very eager to get started. Walid, Ramzey & Austin arrived at my house early, in their very professionally equipped Prime Access Control work truck. All three were wearing masks and very considerate of current Covid-19 Protocols. From the instant they arrived, I knew that this was not going to be a typical home improvement job. These guys are beyond kind and incredibly personable. I felt instantly at ease. They reviewed my existing gates and asked me what my vision for the project was. I showed them some photo samples of what I thought looked nice. They let me know that the project I had in mind was right in their wheelhouse and they immediately started firing off ideas on design and what wood to use. After receiving what I thought was a more than fair quote, I signed a contract with Prime Access Control and the process started. The highlight of this relationship in my opinion was their incredible level of communication. Ramzey and I would text back and forth almost daily regarding the project. If I had a question, I never had to wait for a response. The entire project was completed in a month and half. Those of you that have experience with projects like this know that there are always hiccups. In my opinion, the thing that seperates great contractors from others, is how they handle the hiccups. Please believe me when I say that these guys set the standard for project management. The only issues my project had were three rain delays that we all know we can't control. We did go back and forth a few times with some different wood and this was when I learned how much these guys really cared about the outcome of the project. Initially, Ramzey had suggested a beautiful Clear Heart Mahogany for the gates. With the initial setup, he felt like the wood he got didn't sit right and wanted to try something else. We moved to a redwood which we agreed on but in the end, Ramzey quickly realized that it wasn't what we had envisioned and insisted on starting again. The team went above and beyond to have a specialist take a look at the original wood and run it through a special mill to make it work. The bottom line is, these guys will treat your project like it was their own home. They will not cut corners or allow it to look anything less than perfect. You'll see in the photo's that we also did some masonry work. Prime Access control has Masonry experts and electricians that they use to handle this specialty work. All were amazing and live up to the Prime Access Control standard. My project has been done for a few days now and with each day that passes, I love my new gates more and more. They are truly works of art with a lot of blood sweat and tears poured in. I whole heartedly recommend everyone with a gate or access control project in mind to reach out to these guys immediately. They far exceeded my expectations and I'm certain that they will for you. Thank You. read more

The Holy Grail of Reviews I have been in the building/construction game for a long time and every now and then I am lucky enough to come across an absolutely awesome contactor. 5 Stars is not enough for this individual. Austin Kagan of Prime Access performed an install upgrade to my commercial electronic gate system. The entire installation was timely clean and professional. By no fault of Austin's, after about a week the new upgrade system installed and provided by the manufacturer had an unusual manufacturer erratic glitch, would basically work fine for a day then have a mind of its own. Now came the true test, how will the installer react? What I will say now will be a testament to Austin's pride in his work, his consciousness, and his character. My commercial facility was about 60 miles away from Austin, Austin went way beyond the call of professionalism, not only was he in contact with me every day he was coming all the way out each time to work on the unit and to find out why the manufacturer's system was malfunctioning, assuring me all the way along he would not rest until it was fixed. Even coming out in the evening and on the weekend. He would make constant calls to the manufacturer until he managed to correct the issue, connecting me 3-way each time, assuring me all the way he was on it.  I cannot state enough good things about this individual but what I can say in short is that if you are looking to get a diamond of a gate installer, and are 'worried about picking the right one', and have come here to look at reviews, want to be in good hands, just stop your search, relax, and ask for Austin Kagan of Prime Access I assure you are going to be happy you did.     John .. Pretty quick on a quote, although drastically more expensive that multiple quotes I received. Then the salesman wanted to battle about other company's not being licensed professionals and trying to tell me basically everyone else is below them when it comes to product and expertise. He also said he'd beat any licensed company's quote, in which I sent it to him and best he could do was still $2500 more than the next. Be careful who you hire! Don't settle! Get multiple quotes! read more

True professionals. Our RFQ on HomeAdvisor (now Angi, and still fleeing their bad reputation after squashing Angie's List) got 2 non-responses, and one guy hung up when he learned it wasn't a big new fence. However, Wally from Prime Access Control quickly made an appointment, assessed and quoted our job, and scheduled the installation. Communication throughout was professional, updating status, explaining a small delay, and showing up on time. Workmanship was top quality, site cleanup was done right, and they had the invoice ready right away. We will call PAC first for all our security jobs. read more

My gate suddenly stopped working. I called and they dispatched Austin to me right away. He was here within an hour. Turns out a tripped GFCI plug caused the trouble and no repair needed. My electronic gate broke down rather unexpectedly and I had to look for help in Yelp. They arrived within a few hours of my first email to give me a bid. After getting two bids, I ended up choosing Prime Access Control. The installation of the gate mechanism was ready to go in a few days and Walid, Ramzey, and Austin showed up on time, and installed the new gate mechanism in a single day. They were super efficient, helpful, and even took some extra time to play with my dog, who wanted nothing more than to keep them company. The gate works great and did I mention their bid came in 30% lower than their competitor. So I wanted to be sure and give them a great recommendation. They were super communicators, answered all my questions, and got the job done in one day. I can't recommend them enough for all your gate related needs. read more

I was kind of leery when I saw all the 5-star reviews because I had the bad experience of going with a 5-star review business from yelp only to find that the business harassed and bullied people who didnt leave a 5-star review...which happened to me. But I was SO lucky I struck GOLD with Austin and Ramzey! Integrity, honesty and a fair price! These guys know what they are doing. They have pride in what they do, and they know their stuff. Want peace of mind? Look no further. You will not be scammed or lied to. Hire these guys! Not only are they the nicest people I have ever met, they were very professional and excellent with communication. Austin and Ramzey went above and beyond for us! My gate stopped working and I had to hand crank it open every single morning at 5am. Ramzey and Austin were able to get me in earlier than promised. They came and spent the whole day working on my gate and it was operational by the end of the day. I just cant say enough good things about them. If you're looking for a transparent and honest business, I definitely recommend Prime access. I am writing this review about my startup business that needed some accesss control and security work and their team has been phenomenal. They have been with us from the beginning and have been able to perfectly deliver and be present when an emergency arises. Not to forget that they are very professional and likeable. I have called a dozen companies before them but I was not able to find a team with a solution pertaining to my business. I called Prime Access to service and adjustment for my garage door opener. There was also a noise coming from the chain area. I talked to Ramzey to make an appointment to have it looked at. They discovered a broken spring that could have created bigger problems later if not repaired. They fixed the problem and lubed the necessary areas. The garage door opener functions like it was new.
