It would be easy to find work clothes, or something casual for a day out, if you wanted! Overall: B A decent outlet store - check the far back for deeper clearance discounts.

Anecdotally, there are a lot of clearance items that are really strange, worth a look for super unusual who-would-wear-this items! You'll always find basic jeans, sweatshirts, joggers and t-shirts and reasonably priced seasonal wear. Plus, trendy overalls and the new "Covid sizing" roomier bottoms post pandemic. Careful about looking frumpy in some of these trends. And size down, seems to be a bit of vanity sizing going on. Our favorite associate at check-out is a Navy veteran with a big personality that makes the cue wait worth it, really helpful, nice guy. (Of course, weekdays have shorter lines!)

But this store is not that (anymore). Burlington still has some nice outerwear, but they're a whole lot more than coats! I should get this out of the way early -- Burlington offers a five-star shopping experience unless you need a dressing room, in which case, a solid four point five stars. They have dressing rooms, but they aren't always open. I think it began during Covid, and my guess is, it's been hard to find good help and when you've got to work with a less-than-full staff, that's kind of the obvious place to cut. Anyway, I don't really know when the dressing rooms are open and when they're not, but they were not open a couple of days ago when I took my mom in to do a little shopping. Fortunately for us, there's no reason to test out their return policy. Burlington really is one of my favorite stops for clothing. They've got a really nice selection of clothes for ladies, men, juniors, and kids. I love their brands and the prices are super-affordable. There have been a few times I found clothes on the hanger that should have been in a bin to send back to the manufacturer - a rip here or a stain there. But most of the time, the clothes are exactly as they should be when you're buying NEW clothes. One of my favorite aisles at Burlington is the home decor section. The picture frames, shelf sitters, candles, wooden signs -- I just can't resist myself! They make great gifts or seasonal decor when I'm looking to change things out. Burlington has a rewards program or some kind of Burlington super-fan thing. I honestly don't know what it is, but if you give them your phone number every time you go, they find you and say, "yeah - you're in the program!" and then they ring you up and you pay them and then they thank you and send you on your way. I have no idea what else is happening, honestly. I don't know if I'm earning points or just giving away personal information. But they have a program like that if you're looking for one. Customer service is great. The cashiers are always friendly and nice to chit-chat with while you're checking out. Oh - and here's a tip -- don't try to take your cart out to your car. Trust me; don't even try it.

I'm now 38 and decided to stop by this store after seeing a cute dress from Maurice's on social media. I went home and ordered online because there were a couple dresses they had in store that were online returns but not in my size ... but I wanted them! All 5 dresses I ordered fit perfectly which is a miracle for me, especially with my hourglass figure. I returned to this store again because I was mailed coupons and earned rewards. I ended up getting two more dresses and and my first pant-romper! They are all for my upcoming vacations and I'm so excited to wear them!! I've been getting a lot of clothes at Amazon and they all start to look the same. These pieces from Maurice's are unique! The styles and sizes don't fit was they used to (changes in us not them I'm sure), but this is a nice outlet store anyway. They have one at Woodbury Commons as well, and they both seem to be hybrid stores. Some stuff is clearance/outlet, other stuff is more "regular store". Since some of the other stores at Woodbury do this too (Ugg comes to mind), this is something that stores seem to do now. I like this store, especially when shopping with others, who always seem to love it. After the Holidays they have some nice clearance on gloves and other outdoor things.

Thankfully, this chain has kept the outlet store in Niagara Falls and I am SO GRATEFUL since this is one of my all time favorite places to shop. The outlet store is really half outlet (clearance prices) and half regular store. They have a great selection of clothes, outwear, and even luggage and bags. Sometimes the clearance prices are better than other times, but if you're a rewards member, you get a coupons a few times a year that makes shopping here a much sweeter deal. Being plus size, I love that they carry XXL and sometimes have a few random women's size pieces here. They also randomly have tall sizes that I sometimes opt for since I find that the sleeves and torsos of their shirts are sometimes way too short (especially after being washed). My latest pet peeve though is that they used to carry 18s and 20s in ladies pants in the store and they don't anymore!! When I asked about this the employees told me those sizes are available "by catalog or online only" now. WTF?! So many stores are starting to do this and it's really irking me. So now I have to pay not only $5-10 more for a plus size item to begin with, but I also now have to pay $10 shipping and the clothes might not even fit?! VERY annoying. Though, I'm still loyal to my Eddie. I just don't like the new policy on "extended sizes". They also have a lifetime guarantee on all of their items, which is GREAT.

So the shops at the Boulevard are extremely busy and extremely difficult to get into and Nigeria Falls Boulevard (I meant Niagara but the traffic is as bad as Lagos Nigeria) (OK exaggeration) (not by much) (OK by much) is a total mess, so if you can come around on North Bailey then it's probably better for you to come that way. This particular store has some pretty cool designer stuff and while it is expensive it can be good for tall women, for sexy lingerie, or if you shop plus size, or all kinds of stuff. Bae's view: LB has nice clothes for women. Not every clothing store has business type clothes over a certain size. This store also has nice lingerie. My friend really likes their tops. Much better than she likes shopping at Tops. I'm glad I don't live in Buffalo because I'd write bad reviews of Tops like Fox does!

I think this location has a much better selection than the Walden Galleria. This is probably my…read morego-to place for the lower half of my body - pants, skirts, shoes. The store isn't perfect, but there aren't a ton of great options for plus clothes. The offerings can be hit or miss, but when they are a hit, they are a big hit for me. I was searching high and low for real dress pants. This is only of the only places I can find pants that have any actual weight to them. Most dress pants I try in other stores are super thin and you can see the outline of the pockets right through the leg. They also have a lot of horrible pants with have no buttons or zippers - just elastic waist weirdness that I could never wear to work. I have just discovered they have a great shoe selection. I have wide feet and I like classic pumps and boots and they have both. None of their boots are real leather, which I think is great. I do have an hour glass figure and I have found nice things here, but I have the opposite experience of Lindsay. I think the tops tend to be too shapeless and too roomy in the midsection. I've gotten a couple suit jackets here, but I can't count on finding one any time I walk in the store. If I find a great jacket, it could be a year or two before they have another one I want to buy. One of the biggest cons for LB is that they seem to carry a very limited number of each size and when it's gone, it's gone, and the staff will just tell you to look for it online. This stuff is more expensive than your average store and for a lot of what they have, it's not worth it. However, they do have some nice pieces that are worth the expense.

Brooks Brothers Outlet - they make things just for it…read more Years ago I learned Brooks Brothers makes things specifically to sell at their outlet stores. So the things you see there are often not the ones you might see in the Brooks Brothers store in NYC. That's ok, its still well made and the like, but its a little misleading having the "retail price" on the ticket when you were not selling it at retail. I like this location better than the other two I frequent, but its very hit or miss for us. When its hit, its great, we find many things that work. When its a miss, its a total zero for us. But that's ok, we don't come to the mall just for this store. Although its always our first stop once here because its well located by the parking lot and they have an entrance from the parking lot. Its my favorite location because its the largest, best laid out, has super helpful staff and is overall always pleasant.
