I came here spur of the moment. It's a large store, next to Cabela's by the Galleria mall. Tons of easy parking. The store has endless racks of clothing. There seem to be quite a bit of furniture as well. Tons of shoes for kids, men and women. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have. read more

I'm surprised by the positive reviews and wonder if the place just went downhill in the last couple years. I don't typically shop at Burlington but stopped with my mother on our way elsewhere. Walked out empty handed because I was quickly overwhelmed by how unorganized and messy the place was. I tried to walk into areas that claimed to have my size, only to see every size and clothing variety imaginable. Impossible to sift through. We went into the scant shoe section to find nothing in fashion. The home section was messier than my kid's room. read more

This place can be hit or miss depending on the day. It can be well organized or a disaster. Thankfully, on this day, it was the better of the two and there were clothes as far as the eye could see. I was there specifically for a fall coat and dress pants. With fingers crossed, I made my way through the racks. At this time of year, they had a massive amount of winter coats available at great prices. I was lucky and snatched up a London Fog car coat for a mere $60. London Fog for $60?? That's just crazy talk! I was suspicious until I found the same coat still on the London Fog website. It was listed at regular price for $225 but was on sale for $100. Still... $40 cheaper at the Burlington Coat Factory - I'll take it! I was also able to find dress pants for $16.99 that are the same quality as the ones I normally buy for $60! Heed my advice - go with patience, time and an open mind - I guarantee you, you'll find some pretty great deals. The first time I came here I didn't find anything but I certainly didn't come with patience that time. As the saying goes... if at first you don't succeed, try, try again. read more

I really like shopping at Burlington stores. This location had a good inventory of items. It was clean and brightly lit and very organized. They had a small department for everything you could think of. They carry brand name merchandise at very reasonable prices. Coats for the entire family, dresses and suits, career and casual collections and separates, Lingerie, handbags and other fashion accessories, men's clothing and furnishings, men's sportswear and activewear, children's clothing, newborn to pre-teen, shoes for men, women, and children, everything you want and need for baby, linens and home décor. And of course a tremendous assortment of coats for men, women, kids and babies. The checkout was quick and the cashier was very friendly. Will definitely come back to shop here when I'm in the area. read more

When your looking for a jacket don't pass this store by. You may have to look a bit but they have very nice jackets at great prices! They have way more than just coats - clothing, suits, shoes, seems this place has everything! On this trip I was just looking for a winter coat and wasn't sure I would find one but did and it fit great, glad I stopped in! read more

It used to be a narcotics manufacturing plant (Burlington Coke Factory) but the DEA shut it down and turned it into a seller of farm animals (Burlington Goat Factory), which didn't work out either, and thus we are left with the present day predicament. Coats at high prices. I had a lot of problems with this place. (1) Extremely expensive, some coats were $250-$500, most coats were closer to $100 than to $20. (2) The store is a total mess and it's hard to find anything. With an emphasis on hard. And an emphasis on to find. And an emphasis on anything. (3) When I walked in with my friend, the hot young girl and cute young guy standing by the door (who work here) giggled profusely and made us feel dumb. I thought it was just a coincidence, but they watched us all the way into the store and continued giggling. On the way out of the store, they looked again, then burst out giggling again. OK so I know I was wearing only my American Apparel Underwear and nothing else but still... c'mon, man! read more

As the previous review this is a hit and miss place. Do not go after or on a Canadian long weekend, it will be a mess and you wont find anything. The place is like Winners and Marshalls so you can find everything here but you will have to hunt for treasures in a a lot of trash. The pricing is reasonable on many high end brands. Make sure you have plenty of energy and time and not hungry as there is not restaurant inside or seating. read more

Disgusting, a lot of clothes in the floor, some dresses in the girls area were dirty, I'm not coming back at least at this location.

I love shopping here. Good deals, though the lines can be a little long at times. Moves pretty quick though usually. An affordable place for back to school shopping read more

This store is super junky and kind of terrifying. I felt like Buddy the Elf when he was sent to the Empire State Building mail room... "it's kind of like Santa's Workshop except it smells like mushrooms and everyone looks like they want to kill me." The redeeming items are as follows: -decent foot wear from Skechers -Jessica Simpson brand leggings -Sak Roots & Betsy Johnson purses at huge discount Otherwise totally sketchy and lots of crap items. read more

This location is always thoroughly stocked I can't lie about that! However, there seemed to be an altercation today at this location between customers. I was in the fitting room trying on a pair of pants when I heard scuffling and yelling. I thought to myself oh no please tell me no one has a gun as my husband and 3 yr old were out meandering round the store. The customer service reps aren't that friendly either, neither are the Canadians who come down here and crowd our lots and stores lol. I love Burlington coat factory but not sure if I will be back to this location lol read more

store was disgusting and unorganized there was clothes thrown all over the floor and shoes some of the clothes had stains on it from lord knows what I will never come back to this Burlington again if I go anywhere I'm going to the williamsville one since it's clean and put together read more

Burlington Coat Factory is a store that carries both men's and women's name brand clothing, shoes, and accessories at prices that feel like you stumbled into an undiscovered outlet mall. This location has a decent sized men's section that stocks sizes from small to big-and-tall, is rather clean and kept well organized. The large selection of seasonal coats, hats, pants, shirts, and shoes seems to change over about once or twice a month. Trying on new things is easy as they have clean and well lit dressing rooms right near the men's clothing section. The staff here have always been very friendly and willing to help. This location shares a very large free parking lot with surrounding businesses. They accept cash and credit cards. If you are looking for something to add to your closet at a good price, you would be deemed rather intelligent for checking out this location. read more

So mad! I het there tonight, i run over a bunch of glass. Garbage all over the parking lot. I ho to the manager she helled to me about Canadians. I tell her I'm not Canadian, and she said well the parking lot isnt our responsibility. So no apologies for the glass, just rude and very nasty. I'll never fo back! read more

Did I step into TJ Maxx? This was not what I expected Burlington Coat Factory to be (there wasn't one where I grew up and frankly I forgot it was in Cheektowaga for these past 6 years I've lived in Buffalo), however i did find a coat I really liked. They need more cashiers for the holiday season, but I got through. Needed to return something else I bought that didn't work and the return process was a breeze. So not terrible, but not great either--just A-Ok. read more

June 2017. Haven't shopped here since last year. Very impressed on how clean and organized it is now. I can always find a good deal and good selection on boys formal wear, which is next to impossible to find in Ontario. read more

They have a wide selection of clothing and accessories here, but the store was messy. I found some nice scarves, boots, shoes, hats, hair accessories, and purses here. They also have frames, wall decorations, curtains, luggage and more! Fair prices but the store needs to be cleaner read more

I used to come here a lot with my grandmother. Although its called Burlington Coat Factory, I really don't come here for that. They secretly have a nice home department and workout department. I like the things you can buy here for an affordable price. I purchased a full body mirror here at a very reasonable price. Like I said, not my choice to shop at when looking to buy a coat, but still a decent place to shop at. read more

Burlington Coat Factory has a good selection of coats, but unfortunately every time I go, the lines are REALLY long. I waited for an Hour to get a new coat. That's why I'm giving this place 3 stars. The employees are very friendly and will help you find the right coat. Coats are not that expensive either. I'd like to go back in the future, but not until they fix the lines. read more
