I was told that with rentals I "have to pick the lesser of two evils." the shoulders could fit or I could button the top button because of my body. Then I was told there were no suspenders to keep the pants up. I asked if a pair could be added and was told it was "too late" so I would have to buy a pair if I wanted them. Weird how we could change/fix a whole suitcoat but not add suspenders. Then during the time I was being helped, the associate kept going to help another customer, trying to be in two places at once. I understand the store was busy, but there was a virtual line. I expect for an event like this and with the money I'm spending that there would be a bit more care and attention made. Never again!

The communication of my order was great, they even sent an email asking me to double check my order for any any errors they would help try to fix. The alterations were great and the turn around time was very quick. They had a lot of unique and stand out styles for anyone wanting something besides the same old styles and colors that everyone else sells. They also let him swap pant sizes so the pants could have a better alteration since his top and bottom sizes aren't the same with the standard sizing that comes with suits off the rack. absolute insanity!!!!! i was followed by one of their lpo,…read morehe attacked me as i was exiting the store and tried accusing me of stealing my very own belt i arrived in!!!!!!! i was cooperative untill this lpo took it too far thinking he could take my phone, try to cuff me to a bench & lock me in a small room as he looked the through my personal bag. i demanded the police before handing the guy my belt for him to see it was not even a new belt!!! it was a (vince cumoto) belt i had worn walking into that location & had purchased 4 months prior @ a local tjmaxx!!! after police arrived they decided to restrict me from going on any macy's property and required me to provide a receipt to get my belt returned!!!! thank god for tjmaxx & their crew for pulling through! not even an apology for telling my minor children that their mother was a thief & to get a cab hours away home!!!!!!!! unbelievable!
