This day should have been a joyous time for me and family, however it turned out to be so dramatic for NO REASON! I wish I never walked into Uomo Da Milano. My entire day was ruined before the son's graduation, unfortunately we did not have a family dinner prior to the MOST IMPORTANT DAY of my son's life! This is the series of events: I walked into the store on Friday May 17th, I asked the cashier to assist my son with hemming his pants and the waist of the pants. The crazy lady at the desk charged my son $100.00 for an alteration, plus tax. I went around the corner in the mall to another alternation store with a professional tailor on site - the price was $18.00 for the same job. I went back to retrieve the pants, however, they never gave me back my refund. It has been a total nightmare dealing with this store. The owner called me to give me the full refund within a few hours. I returned back to the store hoping to get my refund to no avail. The crazy lady insisted that she already credited the card. I told her the owner called me and he asked to swipe my card for the refund. She was adamant that the refund was given and she gave me a receipt. Guess what? It is Thursday, nearly one week later - NO REFUND! I called her back she said, Go ahead and make a dispute with your bank! LORD, have Mercy! You cannot make this stuff up. I am going to report them to Better Business Bureau and the the AG Office. Good luck Brown people!

I have to say I was amazed on how many different suits, blazers, sport coats and ties they have to offer. The quality of the suits are just as good as Macy's but this place has more eye catching suits than Macy's. You do have to pay extra for alterations, at first i was disappointed because i feel that should be done for free. But when the employee said it will be done in 20mins, and not a week like other places i have gone to. The extra price for the services was well worth it. Looking forward to coming back

I called the cleaners and then took it back a second time. Still it was covered with "white" fuzz. The man told me that the white fibers are coming out of the black coat. (This did not even make sense). He said he cleaned it and then used a roller and he couldn't get it off. I told him that the first time he cleaned it he must have washed it with a white cotton item. He first told me he cleaned it and the second time I came in he told me about the person who cleaned it the first time. He refunded my 10.50 after I asked but when I expressed that he ruined the coat and should be reimbursing me at the least 40.00 toward a new coat. He said "You WON'T be getting 40.00. I won't be going there again.

The price we were quoted was on the high side but we have been told to expect that as this is the best place to come if you want the highest quality of work. Jasmine treated us wonderfully and we left feeling completely confident in her abilities. I have to say wow when I took them home. they fit perfectly. and they were both hemmed like it was from a store. couldn't tell they were done. Im amazed at the end result. I like that they are located close to my work and home. I was a little surprised at the price. 40.00. but maybe that is the going rate or that she had to do extra work on fixing them but otherwise I'm very pleased. I recommend that you try them first before anywhere else.

So they would investigate. They finally found it (took almost a whole day) and when I went to pick it up they wanted to charge me $155 and it wasn't even cleaned. Time to find a new dry cleaner.
