Despite being measured the first time, the pant size came in way too long. They measured my legs the first time; why they couldn't adjust it right away and have it properly fit it and have to take my measurements twice doesn't really compute with me. To top it off, the adjustments can't be made on the actual suit with their in-house tailor so they don't really have a solution to the "oh you feel like the suit doesn't fit very well? well our tailor can't work on that," and while they do offer referrals to other tailors who can potentially help, probably not enough time before my friend's wedding to get that fixed. I also felt like the adjustment fees were a bit sneaky. If they charged me for the adjustment/fitting right away or it was priced into the suit, it would just make more sense to me then to be hit with another fee afterward for what to me just seems like inefficiency. Coming back for a 3rd time? I bought a suit once somewhere else and I was in and out in under 15 minutes with an awesome suit that I still treasure to this day. Oh, and it fits and looks way better than the one I purchased from here. Although I was relatively a fan of the experience in the beginning, I'm now less than satisfied and not sure whether I would recommend them.

I would say the target age for this store is 18-25, but even someone my age loved their clothing as well (I am 39 for reference). The style is very soft and feminine. The price point was extremely affordable - and even more so with all of the sales racks; which by the way were extremely neat and organized! Just as much as the full-priced racks! Above all, I found the store extremely aesthetically pleasing. Everything was easy to see and look through and very organized by color and style. FYI, I did not notice any plus sized clothing if this is your size. As I write this, I quickly popped on their website and only noticed 3 plus sized tops on clearance. I am not Plus-sized, but I am curvy, and peaking at the clothing I think there are many items that were better suited for small frames in general. Top of dress measured then told to come back for the bottom. Came back no seamstress, ribs where out of top. They re-measured the top. Next appointments for length. Told to come back another day and they rescheduled me. Came in on Friday said dress would be ready on Monday. Called, said Wednesday. Then eventually scheduled again to check length which was already partially sown. Told it would be ready again next day 3 days before wedding now. Nope! Told to come back in the evening, I didn't get my dress till day before. Was to long tripping on it all night. Not happy. Dress with Alterations. I could have bought 10 on online instead!​

They also offered to do any alterations in making the dress the most comfortable fit for my sister's big day (they gave her a discounted price on that too ) ! They are always willing to order other sizes /colors you may want as well. I've been to many different clothing establishments in the past - they had the best customer service of them all . But here, I ask for items that don't sell back and they keep them for me to pick up within a window of time. They take appointments on their website for consigning your things the first few days of the month only. It's very organized and I appreciate that. They may not take many of the items you hope to consign. But at least they're honest and organized.
