Today I took the bra into the store, prepared to show my bloody marks, but there was no interest in seeing what I suffered. What was of interest: "Have you been here before? What is your name: you purchased in May; Chantelle has been in business for 150 years, I have worked 18 years in lingerie; don't get complaints, this is a personal problem. I recall you spend a fair amount with Chantelle. There is nothing we can do." From the getgo, I mentioned I am not looking for a refund - all I wanted was advice, could the silicon perhaps be disinnegrating , could the company change the elastic strapping that is covered with silicon? Instead of throwing this bra out after wearing for only a few hours, you can imagine how I feel about the received "customer service" which I wish to share. I was able to locate the e-mail address of Chantelle's Customer Services whom I wish to inform about the situation and will send them a picture of my wounds, caused by the silicon straps. Go back with the original receipt and the clothing and even though they could match it from the inner tag they would not let me do an exchange bc they said they can't put tags on it to resell it. If I had a gift receipt I could but the actually real receipt. How!? Also waited at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for the lady to come up. This store is horrendous , I will never purchase anything from VS or Pink after this. Hahaha and Fabletics have much better customer support.

I was crouched down with my husband reaching my hand into the drawers to pull out different perfume all while an employee watched. After a few MINUTES of searching she asked if I needed help and I said yes since I'm searching in drawers... she told me I can "look over there if I want" and pointed where she was talking about. She should've asked if I needed help immediately and she should've WALKED me to the right spot and help me to find what I was looking for. I've been in retail for 6 years and would never watch a shopper struggle and then point! I thought it was very rude as she's quite literally being paid to help me find what I need.

All I wanted to do was exchange it for exactly the same one, same size, etc. The sales associate said she couldn't exchange it for me today because their computers had crashed and the exchange had to be done through the computer. I noted that the damaged bikini top was just going to go in the 'damaged' pile anyway so why does it matter whether it has to go through the computer, etc. She went on to say that the computer might not be up and running for a few days so I could come back at a later date. I even offered to leave her my original receipt so she could take care of it when the computer was back up and running. Nope, sorry, can't do that. Uggghhh. Went straight to the Pen Centre store and got the exchange done, NO PROBLEM! She just did a straight exchange. NO COMPUTER TRANSACTION REQUIRED. When I told her my experience at the outlet mall she was astonished to hear that they said they couldn't do the exchange for me. Needless to say I will NOT be returning to the outlet La Vie store again!
