The outfits are always cute and usually on sale. Some shirts and onesies even have cute sayings on them to make the perfect and unique gift. The staff is wonderful. While shopping they are always helpful and informative. They even went above and beyond to solve my issue. This past visit, was for my 1 year old cousin's birthday. When I went to cash out, the register crashed as my credit card payment was completed. There was no receipt so they couldn't tell if the payment really completed or not. The manager came over and called the support team immediately to try and solve the issue. It took a while and the answer was never solved while there. I did have to cash out again, but she gave me information in case I was charged twice so I could be reimbursed with her name and store info on it. I noticed a few days later I was charged twice. The day I went to go back for my reimbursement, I double checked my account, and I saw they already discounted the second charge. Thank you so much for the great customer service!

I normally don't review stores because, well, I don't normally read reviews of stores, but I'm in…read morean extra good mood thanks to my fairy godmother who appeared in the form of a young sales clerk. After a morning of shopping in a last ditch effort to find shoes that would work for my Halloween costume but also be wearable in normal, everyday life, I didn't have high expectations going into Journeys on a whim I was approached by a store clerk. After I sheepishly explained my predicament, I expected her to say '"yeah, sorry, we don't have anything like that" and roll her eyes, but instead she told me she thought she had something that would work in the back. She reemerged with Converse high tops a size too small, but said they tend to be on the larger side, and she was right. Perfect fit. And on sale for $20. On sale! Bonus: they make me feel less like Sasquatch and more like Cinderella, which is quite a feat for what is essentially just sneakers (sneakers with a wedge, but still sneakers.)
