After hearing nothing for 5 hours I called the store and whoever answered the phone said they they were "passing" on everything I brought because they were things they didn't need and they were dirty. They were absolutely NOT dirty and she was downright rude. When I arrived at the store at 10:20 AM the girl that took care of me was rude and looked like she hated her job. She was rude and definitely unprofessional. Unfortunately, my daughter and I have spent $100's of dollars at this store but will never shop there again.

When I went to cash out, the register crashed as my credit card payment was completed. There was no receipt so they couldn't tell if the payment really completed or not. The manager came over and called the support team immediately to try and solve the issue. It took a while and the answer was never solved while there. I did have to cash out again, but she gave me information in case I was charged twice so I could be reimbursed with her name and store info on it. I noticed a few days later I was charged twice. The day I went to go back for my reimbursement, I double checked my account, and I saw they already discounted the second charge. Thank you so much for the great customer service!
