Two year olds out of diapers need underpants that fit! Many brands start at larger sizes. This location is very organized and spacious with pandemic rules in place including spots on the floor at checkout for social distancing and mask wearing signs aplenty. And hand sanitizer is available. We were greeted at entry and that was it. Nice to know if we need anything they're available but browsing was undisturbed. The cashier was meticulous about neatly folding the small articles of clothing, baby things are not easy to fold! She took great care, was courteous and kind. Lastly, I noticed a phone charging station available, something I'd never seen, see photos. Not sure if I'd use it, but seemed innovative. Galleria location of Gap is the best in the area for selection and service.

She had known what she wanted and she just went in and bought it this go around. This Anthro is a good size for a mall footprint and it's in the main mall, not the newer addition section in the area where Forever 21 is. Once you start wearing Lulu, specifically their leggings, its so hard to go back to other brands because they are honestly that much more comfortable. They have such a wide variety of both women's and men's clothing and the staff is so nice and helpful. I purchased a pair of black workout leggings a few months ago from this location that I absolutely loved. I had only worn them a few times and washed them once (and yes I followed the special washing directions for their clothing) and they started to fringe at the seam. I was so upset because one, I loved them and barely wore them and two, I had thrown my receipt out. I brought the pair of pants back to this location (same one as I purchased them from) and showed the woman working what had happened and explained I no longer had my receipt. Without hesitation she brought me a brand new pair of the same pants and exchanged them for me without any issues.
