There were a lot of sales associates on the floor. One of them had came up and offered to look for the size/ style I needed. The fitting rooms are big some include a full size mirror inside which makes it more convenient instead of having to come out. I had to try the different sizes of leggings as the material had changed over the years and from the last time I purchased them which was 5+ years ago. The girl that looked after the change rooms gave suggestions as to which size I should go with. She was very helpful. I ended up purchasing a few leggings for $40 each which was on sale. Highly recommend leggings from aritizia as the material is really nice.

I did ask one of the ladies if the red tags were the final price, she said yes, but then I was kind of confused because there was a lot of clothes that were regular price all over the place as well. I really love their design and the quality of the clothes and the comfort help made me feel! The changing rooms are really big and size. They have enough hooks because I'm very OCD sorting out what I want what I don't want. The inside part of the changing room had plush seats that people were waiting for. All around it was a classy!

The worst shopping experience I have ever encounter brought a cocktail dress today..returned it to…read morestore 3 hours later for an exchange...was told that I had to do the exchange right now tonight...my home situation did not allow me to remain in the store any longer ...asked for a credit so I could come back this week and told that was not their policy...had to do it right now...I cannot believe that a store would force a customer to keep a 250.00 dollar item that was not suitable for them...way to go Tango...now we know how you expanded your stores....I will not stop here..I'm going to fight this with whoever will help..and make sure this does not happen to anyone else...and by the way it was a Joseph Ribkoff item..with apparently you cant bring back...maybe they would also like to know how you force their product on your customers.

I've been to many Coach locations across North America, but this was hands-down the best experience I've had. Fei was incredibly attentive and helpful. One of the bags I chose was the last one available company-wide, and she made sure I inspected it thoroughly just in case there were any defects (thankfully, there weren't!). For another bag, she went above and beyond by offering a brand-new one from the back since the floor model had a small imperfection. When I mentioned I couldn't take gift boxes due to luggage space, Fei kindly provided me with folded boxes and gift wrap so I could still present everything beautifully when I got home. She included boxes for the purses, and even smaller ones for wallets and card holders. Fei, thank you for making my shopping trip so special you're truly amazing!

I had been searching for a specific purse for a…read morewhile and each store I contacted (both here and in the US) advised me that they didn't have it showing in their system, nor could they find it at any other location. As a last ditch effort, I called this location and much to my disappointment, I received the same response. It was not the answer I wanted to hear as much as it was not the answer she wanted to give so she asked me to hold while she took a physical look around the store and in the back. Tada! She found my purse!!! I'm still not sure why it wasn't showing in their inventory but I was thankful that she took the effort to actually look for it. It was late on a Wednesday night and I knew I wouldn't be able to go to Niagara Falls until the weekend so I asked if she could hold it for me. From what I understand, they typically only hold an item for 48 hours but she extended that for me to ensure the purse would be held until the following Monday, giving me plenty of time to make the trek out to the Falls. We left after work on Friday and two hours later, I had my purse. :)))) The store itself is nicely laid out and, at 6pm on a Friday, was busy, but not overly crowded. All of the staff I spoke with were friendly and ready to help. My overall experience at this location was excellent and I would have to say, it's definitely worth checking them out.
